If you find a cheaper price elsewhere within 24 hours of your booking, we promise to match the lower rate. Tourist taxes are not included in our prices.

If you notice a price difference, please contact our Customer Service by phone, specifying the website where you found the lower price and providing a screenshot beforehand. We will match the price if you haven't booked yet, or we will refund the difference.

*Accommodation can be cancelled or modified up to 3 days prior to your arrival when you choose the flexible rate. If you cancel your booking, the €1 deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded, even if you have taken out cancellation insurance.
