Good well thought out basic skiers accommodation. Decent size apartments with plenty of storage. A bit worn and could do with a refresh but everything worked as it should. Really great convenient location for slopes, bars and restaurants. Wi-Fi not the best but just about ok. Ski shop great. I will stay there again as it’s an all round good package. 3 of us in a 1 bedroom apartment. Cooking facilities were well equipped.

Perhaps our favourite ski holiday to date! We were super lucky with the snow, powder and blue skies... Accommodation was perfect... well located, ski hire and a restaurant were accessible from within the main entrance. A 60 second walk to the ski lift. Surprisingly comfy beds!

There is an unadvertised club in the basement of this hotel which hosts live music concerts throughout the week. The noise level that vibrates through the rooms on the front side of the building until early hours of every single morning is completely unacceptable.
Reception closes at 8pm so there is noone around to speak to about the issue.
When we raised the issue with reception following a disturbed night we we're simply told the club is nothing to do with them and to call the police if we had a problem with the noise.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to have live music from the club in the basement affecting your room until the early hours, especially when this was not advertised in advance.

We also regret that reception was closed in the evening and that you were unable to speak to someone at the time. The response you received the following morning does not reflect the level of support and care we aim to provide to our guests.
