Dont trust this hotel:

I stored my bag in the hotel’s lugage room. When I came back from skii a few hours later the bag was not there. I had to leave because my bus was departing. The next day the hotel said they found the bag. But the hotel didnt want to help send my bag to Barcelona. Later when I wanted to pick up the bag the hotel said the bag was gone and they said there was nothing they could do because there were other employees who worked there at the incident.

I cannot recommend the hotel for that reason, I lost alot of my personal things and the hotel did not care at all.

Every year my company go to Andorra with a large group of 50-100 people. I will let me company know this and ask my company to stop to do any more bookings with this hotel

The staff is (without a doubt!) the best part of the hotel. They are all very friendly and always ready to help. The food is not spectacular, but it is quite good. The hotel is very well located, close to the Funicamp, supermarkets, and other commercial establishments.

Where to begin? This hotel has a lot of potential, but it seems stuck in time. Here are some key points:
- The walls are **extremely thin** (the thinnest I have ever seen), and you can literally hear everything, even the most normal conversations.
- Since they host groups of young people on vacation, the week was an absolute nightmare in terms of noise (shouting, banging on doors, running in the hallways, etc.), and it was constant from 6:40 AM until late at night.
- The food does not have any labels indicating what it is, so you have to guess or ask.
- The garage gate can only be opened upon request at reception every time you arrive at the hotel.

The staff tried to resolve or help with each of these issues, and they are indeed very attentive. The real issue lies with management and the lack of investment in modernization, not with the staff.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were lovely and room very clean and warm if a little dated (the style which I actually liked). Breakfast was good and plentiful. I would easily recommend this hotel.
