Small apartment, nice balcony. many of the guests spoke English so please add more English-speaking TV chanels.

Extremely Disappointed – Unhygienic and Poor Management

I had a deeply upsetting experience at this hotel. The management seems completely indifferent to hygiene standards and guest feedback.

The Bed/Hygiene Issue:
On our last day, the house rules required us to strip the bed sheets and remove the towels ourselves. This is when I discovered a massive, disgusting urine stain on the mattress. I realized I had been sleeping on this for the entire week.
I informed the staff in person immediately, and I also detailed the situation in the official post-stay survey the hotel sent me. Despite reporting this through their own feedback system, I have received zero apologies and zero explanation. It is clear they do not clean their mattress protectors or inspect beds between guests.

The Facilities
While the gym wasn't the primary reason we booked, it was a significant plus for us. However, it was unusable as the machines had no power. When I informed the staff, their only response was that they "didn't know how to fix it." It’s frustrating when the amenities that help you decide on a property don't even work.

Do not stay here if you value cleanliness or professional service. Finding a giant stain on your bed is a nightmare; having the hotel ignore your formal complaint about it is unacceptable.

The discovery of a large urine stain on the mattress on your last day is completely unacceptable and far below the hygiene standards we aim to maintain. We understand how distressing it must have been to realise you had been sleeping on this for the entire week. It is equally concerning that you received no apology or explanation after reporting the issue both in person and through our post‑stay survey. Your comments highlight a serious lapse in our cleaning and inspection procedures, and we will be reviewing these urgently.

We also regret that the gym facilities were unusable due to a lack of power and that our team was unable to provide a solution. We recognise how frustrating it is when advertised amenities are not available or functioning.

Excellent stay in January , spacious apartments, very good location on ski slopes, spa and very nice staff !

Think to reserve in advance restaurants nearby, not drop in as they can be full at dinner.
