Unbelievable views and nearby facilities. Lovely bars and restaurants nearby and the entrance to the apartment is directly on the piste. Plenty of space for 3 people in the studio. It's not luxury but it's definitely value for money and considering we are out skiing almost all day we're not fussed for anything too posh.

Great stay here, so comfortable and quiet. Everything is a stones throw away in terms of shops, amenities and spa and restaurants. Beautiful view across the mountains. Lifts to all floors. Super warm and great water pressure, bath in the room was much needed!

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I have travelled often. It is so bad that I have created an account just to leave the feedback.

I would never recommend my own worst enemy to stay here. They put a lone female in the furthest away room where no lift was working which meant I had to walk down 5 flights of concrete stairs alone with suitcases.

They have charged me for an end of stay clean which is included in their services according to the website.

The reception staff are inadequate when you are asking them for directions to somewhere. They sent me to the wrong place which I was fortunate enough I left early enough to ask other locals for directions

Placing you in a room far from functioning lifts was unacceptable, especially considering the circumstances. Additionally, we will investigate the charge for the end-of-stay cleaning and clarify our policies to ensure consistency with the information provided on our website.

The feedback about our reception staff is also concerning, and we will implement additional training to improve their ability to assist guests with accurate directions and support.
