Thank you for your honest feedback, Gregoire. We're glad to hear you appreciated the staff and the peaceful atmosphere, and that the view and apartment worked well overall. It's great that the kids had fun—though we’re really sorry to hear they became unwell after using the swimming pool. That’s definitely not the experience we want our guests to have.
