In the summertime, this is a great place. Situated just outside the village, a short walk to all the activities and restaurants.

A few excellent days we have spent in the Residence having breathtaking surroundings and mountains. Top services, luxury housing very friendly rooms and very professional service. We are already planning our next visit.
Overall a very good stay at this hotel in Flaine. The room was nice, had an amazing view, and everything was in order, other than a couple missing towels, and the fact that there isn't even salt or an oven in the kitchen. The area is nice, and you can get some nice hikes directly from the hotel. Please note that there is a 30 minute drive to get down to the main roads and highway. Very kid friendly hotel, with many kids playing in the heated indoor pool!
The apartment was absolutely beautiful. We had requested with a view and that was a good move. Some of the apartments were looking into a wall, out view was insane. The town centre was a bit too far away and it is difficult to access if you have mobility issues (we travelled with elderly parents). We agreed the big and beautiful apartment with the most stunning view made the holiday for us. The pool was such a great addition and we loved sunning ourselves while looking at the fantastic view (I know the view comes up a lot but it was just unbelievable).
I would definitely book with Pierre et vacanes again, everything was smooth and well organised
