Great apartments! Would definitely stay here again if returning to Flaine.

The reception staff were lovely. The ski lockers were convenient for the ski-in/ski-out, which was also great! We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was rear facing (due to cost!) and I was worried about that before we arrived but it looked out onto the ski-in/ski-out and so was ok. The sofa bed was really comfy, the double bed not so much! The kitchen area was really well equipped. The outdoor pool was fantastic and was the main reason we booked here! We used the breakfast bakery delivery service everyday and we also ordered a birthday cake for my son from them with great help from reception staff.
We thought the location was perfect. Nice and quiet with a lovely walk down to Foret & Forum. We used the orange box lift a lot as we ate out most nights.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Le Terrasse d’Eos. The apartment was stunning, beautifully designed, and the view was simply breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning made our trip even more special.
One of the best things about the location is that you can ski directly as soon as you step out of the hotel, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. It’s perfect for a stress-free ski holiday.
The hotel staff were all wonderful, but a special thank you to Candice, who was so lovely and thoughtful. We were celebrating our anniversary, and she kindly left a gift for us, which was such a sweet and personal touch. It truly made us feel welcomed and cared for.
Another big plus is the free bus and free taxi service available at all times, making it very easy to get around and explore the nearby villages without any hassle.

We would definitely recommend Le Terrasse d’Eos and would love to come back again!

Lovely apartments with excellent staff. Ski to door facilities and short walk to local convenience store. A little longer to walk to town but there’s a free shuttle bus service right outside ?

This was our first time at these residences and paid for premium accommodation.
Unfortunately this was not premium accommodation. On arrival our 2 bedroom flat was cold and it appeared had not been used for some time. This took ages to warm up. The bedroom heater would not work and eventually it was swapped for a new one. The shower did not have any water pressure and was unusable in the bathroom. The response we got was this is normal. The hot water was not at the right temperature and we had to use a kettle to have a bath and top the water. The shower had a large plastic sticker on shower ceiling to cover an old leak. This fell off while we were in the bathroom. It was replaced with another inadequate repair that also started to peel off.
On checkout our time was 11am, however they came banging on our door at 10.15 saying we needed to be out. The guy who came in was rude and looking for an argument. We showed our 11 am paperwork and went away only to come back 10 minutes later demanding we left. We had to ask him to leave rhe room. Unacceptable at the end of our stay.
We have been skiing for many years and stayed in all types of accommodation but this was one of the worst. It is not premium, the service was poor, the accomodation needs a lot of work doing to it.

The issues you described, from the cold and unused flat on arrival, the non‑functioning bedroom heater, and the unusable shower with poor water pressure, to the inadequate hot water and temporary repairs in the bathroom, are far below the standards we aim to provide. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a response that these problems were “normal” and to have to resort to using a kettle to fill a bath.

We are equally concerned about your checkout experience. Being approached before the agreed departure time, and the behaviour you described from our staff member, is unacceptable. Guests should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times, especially at the end of their stay.

Your comments highlight important areas where both our facilities and our service need improvement. We will review these points internally to ensure they are addressed.

We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and work on regaining your trust.
