We had an excellent stay, and were very pleased with our apartment and Les Terrasses d'Hélios block. The ski-in, ski-out is brilliant, we were lucky to have amazing sunny weather, and kudos to the Flaine piste bashers who kept the slopes in a wonderful condition, and enabled us all to have an amazing time on the slopes.

The Hélios facilities are great, and our children enjoyed everything on offer, especially the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub! We were very grateful to receive an upgrade to the mountain view, as we all enjoyed it immensely, and would just sit and stare out of the window at what we'd just skied down!

Thanks for a lovely stay, Les Terrasses d'Hélios is superb!

Very comfy and nice, it's a bit far away from town but it provides great ski in/out by end spring at a very affordable rate, and the late shuttle bus to town is quite handy, can't expect more

We recently stayed here on a ski holiday. The accommodation and location were brilliant.
Also we had a medical emergency and the staff at the hotel were amazing. They did everything possible to help us.
Can’t recommend highly enough.

Super friendly staff, everything we needed for an easy first ski holiday with 2 young kids. Ski school , ski hire and lockers all so handy it made mornings much smoother. Spar shop had everything we needed. Shuttle buses were easy to use. Rooms were really comfortable, beautiful views.

Rooms are spacious, now getting a bit old. Great location, good service and very helpful. Spa facilities are great
