I recently stayed at this apartment hotel and had a mixed experience.

On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the use of quality materials in the apartments contributed to a pleasant atmosphere. The facilities for skiing were well-equipped, and the wellness area was lovely, providing a nice way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive vibe of the hotel.

The apartments were well insulated from noise, allowing for a restful sleep, which I really appreciated. However, one major drawback was the slow internet connection with frequent drops. This made it quite challenging for me to work during my stay.

Lastly, the restaurant experience on New Year's Eve was a significant disappointment. The service was far below expectations, with an arrogant chef who seemed uninterested in resolving issues. My soup arrived five minutes after my main course, and when my main dish finally came, it was served without the promised sides, which arrived ten minutes later. Moreover, the portion sizes of the same dish were inconsistently served.

Overall, while the apartment hotel has many positive features, the dining experience and internet issues really impacted my stay. I hope they can address these challenges in the future.

We had an incredible week at SwissPeak Vercorin during Christmas. The accommodations (duplex and facilities) were top-notch, the location was perfect for skiing, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We also loved the extra activities like yoga after skiing and the kids’ club. Overall, it was a memorable experience and we highly recommend it for families. ✨
