We’re glad you enjoyed the apartments, the view, and the facilities on site. Regarding the spa, you are absolutely right to mention it: the spa is independently operated and does not belong to SWISSPEAK Resorts. However, our residents do benefit from a preferential rate, which we are pleased to be able to offer.

We are truly sorry for the parking issues you experienced. This is indeed not normal and we fully understand your frustration. Please note that the SWISSPEAK Resorts garage is clearly signposted and is strictly reserved for our residents. The situation you described is not acceptable, and we will focus specifically on this point to ensure better monitoring and clearer enforcement going forward.
We also apologize that the garage was full despite your reservation, which forced you to park in another building. This is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have.
