It was a great place to stay and enjoy the surroundings. Don't forget to take the local bus (or car of you prefer) to the dam.

I recently participated in a yoga retreat, and I loved it!
The retreat program was rich and varied, and Eloïse, our yoga instructor, immediately created a trusting and supportive atmosphere. I enjoyed the diverse classes and meditations, as well as the sophrology session and the free time. It was truly a wonderful experience to recharge and reconnect with myself.

The apartments are spacious, well-equipped, and offer mountain views. Everything is designed to make you feel comfortable.

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were met with an unpleasant surprise: the establishment was still under construction, and the overall impression was far from pleasant or welcoming. The hotel was clearly unfinished.

The reception was also disastrous. At the front desk, my partner was met with a very rude receptionist who arrogantly told him he was "lucky" because rooms are normally only available from 4 pm.

When we arrived at our room, the key cards didn't work. When we returned to the front desk, we were told that this was "normal" since rooms are only available from 4 pm, again in a very unpleasant tone.

Yet, a week earlier, another receptionist had called me to ask what time we would be arriving. I told her we would be there around 11 am, and she confirmed that this was no problem.

Regarding the room, the beds were poor quality and very small, which did nothing to make our stay pleasant.

Between the ongoing renovations, the quality of the amenities, and especially the reception we received, we were extremely disappointed.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, particularly due to the lack of professionalism and the poor quality of service.

Nous regrettons que votre découverte de la Résidence premium Thyon ait été marquée dès votre arrivée par plusieurs déconvenues. Vous évoquez notamment la présence de travaux et un environnement qui vous a semblé encore inachevé. Nous comprenons que cela ait pu être en décalage avec l’expérience que vous imaginiez en découvrant cette nouvelle adresse dans les Alpes suisses.

L’accueil que vous décrivez retient également toute notre attention. Si votre arrivée vers 11h avait été annoncée en amont, cela ne signifie pas nécessairement que l’hébergement pouvait être mis à disposition avant l’horaire prévu. Nous regrettons toutefois que cette distinction n’ait pas été expliquée avec davantage de clarté selon vous, et que l’épisode des cartes d’accès ait ajouté de l’incompréhension à votre arrivée.

Le confort des couchages n’a pas davantage répondu à vos attentes et nous en sommes désolés. La Résidence premium Thyon propose pourtant des appartements entièrement équipés, avec notamment les lits préparés à l’arrivée, ainsi que des espaces de jeux, un restaurant sur place et les Grands Bains d’Hérémence à proximité.

Nous aurions aimé que cette découverte de la Résidence premium Thyon vous permette surtout de retenir son environnement alpin et les prestations qui font habituellement la force de cette nouvelle destination. Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de nous faire part de votre expérience.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff welcomed us very professionally and with much-appreciated kindness. The view from the terrace is breathtaking; there's nothing missing here. I highly recommend it. Gabriella

Excellent residence in a very pleasant location with mountain views. Well-designed apartments, equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Excellent reception. Laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, garage (extra charge), pets allowed, elevator to all floors.
