Disastrous place! Avoid at all costs!
A week before our holiday they have cancelled a stay for 10 people due to 'operational issues' and then just completely dissapeared! Didn't answer any of our messages, phone calls and even booking.com could not make them cooperate. We had to relocate to another town (!) and incurred massive additional costs! Such properties should not be allowed to be open at all!

Apartment was lovely with everything you need to self cater. 2 ring electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Plus kettle, coffee pod machine and toaster. Cleaning kit provided with 4 dishwasher tabs. Bed was comfy but on the firm side. Reception staff were lovely. They actually take the deposit money from your account (not a pre-authorisation) so make sure you have enough on your Monzo! We left the apartment as clean as we found it and stripped the beds and they refunded the full deposit the day after we left no problem. The ski in/out works ok but after a dump of snow it gets a but tricky to get back without a bit of a walk. Access to the slopes is via the carpark level P2. Also there are two ski locker rooms as there are two companies using the building. The PV lockers are furthest from the door. Getting to the town is a bit of a walk down the road which takes about 10 mins down and maybe 15 back up. A lot of people use the slope access and walk down the piste but it is quite steep if you are carrying shopping. Lots of supermarkets with basic stuff. Not a great selection of fruit and veg but if you shop around it's ok. We used the Spar mostly which is the closest. There is a basic shop closer in the Caribou apartment block half way down the road which also does bread and croissants from 8am. Quite a few young people use the apartments so a bit of evening noise but not too bad, thats why its cheaper. So as long as you accept the walk up/down the hill it is a good place. Skiing area was good but most of the lifts are from the 1980's and slow. So lots of queuing! Way behind the Alps! They take your money for the ski pass but have not invested in the infrastructure!

Dear Chris,
Thank you very much for your feedback.

We're delighted you found the apartment well-equipped for self-catering and appreciated the thoughtful kitchen amenities. Our team takes pride in ensuring comfortable stays, and we're glad the bed met your needs. It's heartening to know our reception staff enhanced your experience and that the deposit refund process was smooth.

However, we regret the challenges you encountered with slope accessibility after snowfall and the walk to town. We acknowledge the lift infrastructure's impact on your skiing experience and will share your feedback with local partners to encourage improvements.

Nonetheless, we hope the proximity to Grandvalira's slopes allowed you to fully enjoy the Pyrenees. It was a pleasure hosting your stay, and we look forward to welcoming you back for a more seamless experience.

We certainly hope that we will have the chance to see you all again on a future occasion.
With kind regards,

Pierre & Vacances Pas de La Casa Princesa

Toilet seat, shower door, door handle and lock broken. I went to reception and asked them to fix it they said they would and then didn’t. On check out they decided to charge us 30 euros per room as you have to deep clean the room, bring all your laundry down, clean the kitchen ware and empty all the bins into a bin store they don’t tell you about. Absolutely awful service and stinky attitudes from the staff. Never stay here.
