A rather mixed review… The location is perfect, close to shops and in the heart of the city center. There were two of us in a four-person apartment (with one bedroom), and it was, of course, very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped; it would have been nice to have a few cleaning supplies like a sponge or a little dish soap. However, as seen in some reviews, the cleaning left something to be desired… The dishes were dirty, and the apartment was dusty (we came at the end of the season, so it must have been unoccupied for a while), not to mention the dust bunnies and dog hair stuck under the coffee table legs ?. A quick vacuum and a run through the dishwasher fixed it, but it's still a shame for a four-star residence.

One last point about the pool: it's extremely hot (unlike the jacuzzis, where the water is lukewarm), and the chlorine smell is overpowering. It's also very small considering the number of guests. The jacuzzis were almost inaccessible because they were full, and yet the resort was deserted all week.

In short, a beautiful residence with a lot of potential and a superb location, but the cleaning and the pool detract from the overall quality of the stay.

A dynamic and very attentive team.
The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, as were the apartments.
A big thank you and congratulations to Sylvine and your team for your warm welcome and professionalism.
See you soon!

The residence was clean and quiet.

The apartment was pleasant, with everything one could expect. The balcony was a real bonus. Access to the pool, sauna, and steam room was fantastic.

A very pleasant and well-located family residence.
