We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, Omer. The issues you mentioned — unmade beds, the towel warmers being shut off, the ski room design, and the condition of the apartment — are definitely not what we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a long journey.
The situation with the towel warmers is certainly unusual, and we’ll look into it further to make sure such issues are handled better in the future. Regarding the ski room, we’ll also review the design and lighting to ensure it’s more user-friendly. As for the condition of the apartment, we take your comments seriously, and we’ll make sure it’s addressed in our maintenance checks.
