We stayed at Le Belmont as a family for a week in July / August 2025. The accommodation was exactly what we needed and is excellently positioned in the resort of Les Arcs. Emir at reception was especially friendly and helpful every time we needed anything. He explained all the activities available which were many. It was amazing to visit the mountains in summer, I would fully recommend it and we will return for sure in both winter and summer.

End of season skiing trip.
Rooms comfortable but small for more than 2 people.
Location excellent and the staff are lovely.
For the price, you can’t go far wrong with these appointments!

Low standard P&V ski hotel. Very disappointing . From my experience, P&V has much better facilities.

Family of 4 - Two apartments.

We stayed at Pierre & Vacances in Arc 1800 and were unfortunately quite disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, after a long and tiring journey, we were met with unmade beds. Apparently, if you don’t explicitly ask, they just leave them like that. Not exactly the warm welcome you hope for. After complaining, the reception did send someone to make them, but it left a bad first impression.

For a ski vacation, comfort and warmth are key — yet the towel warmers were shut off throughout the hotel. When we asked, we were told one had exploded so management decided to turn all of them off. That logic still escapes me.

The ski room was especially frustrating — poorly designed with very few benches to sit on while getting gear on or off. To top it off, the lights are on an automatic timer that shuts off randomly, leaving you in the dark while trying to wrangle boots and skis.

The apartment itself was run down, with walls showing signs of heavy wear and tear: scratches, bumps, even marker drawings. It just didn’t feel clean or properly maintained.

Also, don’t expect much in terms of hotel facilities. It’s basically just the apartment units — no cozy lounge, spa, or anything that makes it feel like a ski hotel.

On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and tried their best to assist us within the limits of what they could offer — but overall, this place felt like it was just going through the motions. Would not return.

The issues you mentioned — unmade beds, the towel warmers being shut off, the ski room design, and the condition of the apartment — are definitely not what we aim for, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a long journey.

The situation with the towel warmers is certainly unusual, and we’ll look into it further to make sure such issues are handled better in the future. Regarding the ski room, we’ll also review the design and lighting to ensure it’s more user-friendly.
