Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and would like to clarify a few points.
The deposit was retained because the apartment was left in an unacceptable condition upon departure. As a result, our cleaning teams had to spend significantly more time than usual to restore the apartment. Please note that cleaning fees and conditions are clearly stated on our website and form part of our rental terms.
As a reminder, the apartment must be returned with the kitchen clean, dishes washed and put away, and trash removed. Unfortunately, these conditions were not met at the time of check-out.
Regarding the ski room, we would like to clarify that the ski lockers are not heated; they circulate cold air during the night, which is the normal operation of the system.
