Very small cute apartments. Clean and had everything needed including a washer and a dryer. And quite good price too. Only issue was late checkin time and the reception was not open whole day to leave the luggage. Had to time it a bit.

The 3 bedroom apartment is big, has two bathrooms. The beds are comfortable clean sheets.
Checkout at 10AM is much too early especially since you MUST LEAVE THE APPARTMENT CLEAN: kitchen clean, all bed sheets and towels in the bathroom plus take the trash out of the building, for 3 nights, 5 people we got only one bag!! I am on vacation so I would prefer to wake up around 9AM, have a decent breakfast and leave. The checkout should be 11AM. Since the guests remove bed linen, place in the bathroom(s), take the trash out and clean the kitchen, how much work does it require for the rooms to be ready until 17:00?!!

1h max to vaccum, clean the floors, arrange beds. By the way, there is a lot of dust under the beds. The low review is simply related to the too early check out and the high deposit.

I knew about checkout at 10AM but had no idea I must act as a cleaning lady early in the morning. I am sorry to say that I will choose a different location if I ever visit Andorra. All this info should have been listed clearly when you book the appartment.

200EUR deposit, not sure if this is an Andorrian thing but I never had to pay 150% of accomodation for 1 night for deposit. Hardly anything I could damage from the appartment has that value. And the worst is that they can keep that money for whatever reason because as a foreign visitor you cannot do anything. I made a video before leaving the appartment as a proof, I don't trust the owners of this business. There is a reason for why they have a low score of 8.3 on booking.

PS: there are 7h between checkout and next checkin and the staff does not even vaccum under the beds - see picture from one of the beds. Someone with allergy to dust would have an allergy attack.

Avoid basement appartment!
The appartments are newer than most in Tarter. Newer furniture, utenciles, kitchenware. The price is the same as some other buildings in village.
BUT avoid basement appartment! You will hear all the people talking while waiting for elevator. Nightmare at ~9 pm, you won't be able to sleep early.
I don't know if that's a design issue but the walls of the hall and communal area amplify the voices.
It's generally well insulated building. We haven't heard neighbors upstairs. But boy, all the people passing the hall, exiting elevator, and the barking excited dogs...
