We stayed here for 3 years in a row during a ski trip. Before that we enjoyed a holiday with them in Vercorin. Had a great stay on all occasions. Apartments are great and friendly help when needed. Definitely would recommend staying here

Really nice resort in an optimal location.

Pros:
- Close to the lift, right beside the piste
- Close to the supermarket
- Good selection of kitchen utensils, including sharp knives
- Nice hot water for showers
- Clean and tidy
- Good service
- Kids' room is great
- Bunny slope right in the resort with magic carpet
- Good sound insulation

Cons:
- Doors splinter; got a big one under my nail; wife got pricked in the thigh
- Beds are loud and have a big gap between the mattresses that gets bigger. Not ideal for bringing the toddler into the bed.
- They really made the apartments as small as they could get away with
- The games room mostly didn't work
- With the amount of snow and therefore open runs, it was not so convenient (couldn't ski back on the valley run, couldn't ski to Grimentz)
- Steep parking fees

Regarding the ski conditions and access to certain runs, these unfortunately depend on weather and snow coverage, which can vary throughout the season and are beyond our control.
As for parking, we understand your point and continue to work on offering the best possible solutions within the constraints of a mountain resort.

We are sorry to hear about the issue with the door splinter and hope no one was seriously hurt. Please do not hesitate to report such matters immediately during a stay so we can intervene as quickly as possible.

It's supposed to be ski-in hotel, however the piste was closed due to lack of snow. However it's not a big deal to walk to the cable car.

The staff is very helpful. Offered couple of bottles for delayed check-in. It's possible to rent fondu and raclette equipments

Very efficient concept: guests assist with cleaning by emptying bins, washing dishes, and removing bed linen (really?).

An interesting blend of hotel pricing and Airbnb responsibilities.

SWISSPEAK Resorts operates as a serviced apartment residence rather than a traditional hotel. This means we aim to combine the comfort and quality standards of a hotel with the independence and flexibility of an apartment stay. As clearly indicated before arrival and in our house rules, guests are kindly asked to take care of basic end-of-stay tasks such as washing dishes, emptying bins, and placing used bed linen on the floor. Full professional cleaning is, of course, carried out after departure by our team.
