We had a wonderful stay at Swiss Peak Resorts Meiringen. The hotel is beautiful, with clean, modern, and very well-maintained rooms. A special thank you to Fatima at the reception, who made our stay so comfortable. She was incredibly polite, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel truly welcome.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient to explore the area. Meiringen itself is peaceful, picturesque, and absolutely beautiful.

The only thing I wished for was a room on a higher floor to enjoy better mountain views. Also, during the unusually warm weather, air conditioning or stronger cooling would have been ideal. That said, the hotel kindly provided us with table fans, which we really appreciated.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely return. Thank you to the entire team, especially Fatima, for the warm hospitality! Love ❤️ Priyanka ??????

Not worth the money, very poor service, no breakfast options, no parking included. Would not stay here again!

They gave us 1.5 toilet paper. When we asked for just one more they responded with a long email explaining about why they can't provide and asked us to purchase and deneied provisong one without charge. That's just 1 toilet paper!!! The rooms are super hot and ventilation is not that great.
The location is great and convenient. But service is pathetic. I don't recommend it.

The level of cleanliness is extremely low, and the service is poor. There is no appreciation for the guest; providing high-quality cleaning services and hospitality to a guest after a long journey and unfamiliarity with the country and its services is not valued.

Do not book this place in the summer. They have no AC. It gets really hot and they will only give you one table fan and refuse to help you out further. It’s really unfortunate that the service is so unwilling to help because the place is really beautiful. My kids were not able to sleep at night and I burst into rashes. I told the receptionist that I have a medical skin condition but it didn’t change a thing. For a place this expensive it’s unfortunate that they won’t even give you an extra table fan.
