Very nice apartment in a beautiful location. We had a 4-person room for 2 adults and 2 children. There were three of us, so our son could sleep on the sofa bed. It is close to the train station; the train passes by, but you really don't hear it inside. It is right in the city center. The apartment was neat and clean. Fully equipped. Paid parking on the premises.

The apartment was pleasantly spacious and offered everything we needed for our stay. We were particularly impressed by its location in Meiringen. It's an ideal starting point for a variety of outdoor activities and excursions into the Bernese Oberland mountains.

Stayed here for 3 nights, booked by swisstours global itinerary for our group of 4. What I loved was the location, it was really near to the Meirengan station. Interior Space was good and it was clean. However, even for a serviced residence, there was sorely lacking quite a few basic essentials. There was no facial tissue, no handwashing soap, no toothbrush and they provided only 2 small bottles of like 20-30 mls of body wash. Bath towels can be changed for a fee of 5 franc regardless of the 4 night we are staying and we had to pay for laundry - 5 franc per wash and dry with detergent and you have to book the slot/ beforehand. The counter closes between 1 -3 pm daily. Opens at 8:30 to 7:30 pm. We understand that staff needs to rest but that can be arranged and staggered. Washing machine location and how to go about- not informed until you asked. I’ve traveled to many countries and this is the first time that I encountered such inconvenience just trying to get some
Paid laundry done. Also the toilet rolls and kitchen towels(only 1 roll), we had to buy if we needed more etc. not a very convenient stay. The understand that this is more economical than an actual hotel, however, my stays at other residences and also air BnB - all the necessities were provided, no issue with washing etc. this is a first low service experience in a high tourism country. Learned something new about the accommodation here. Staff was very courteous and nice. The resort can do with more information esp about the amenities, how ti access th etc.

An absolutely magical hotel! We had such a wonderful stay, and it was hard to leave. A special thank you to Isal for her kindness, warm welcome, and attentive service. She made our stay even more memorable. A place we would love to return to and would happily recommend!
