Every year, nearly 219,000 people contact our Customer Service department. And because we know that holidays are very important, we have been working for the past four years to improve our response times by telephone, on social media and by email. Today, 97% of you are satisfied with our service, and we are aiming for 100%!
Thanks to your feedback, we can improve our offering and continue to assist you in choosing your destination and selecting services, as well as answering all your questions about your upcoming holiday. Being voted Customer Service of the Year 2025 in the Tourism category* is therefore a reward for our efforts to remain your best holiday companion!
