Not bad at all for a family trip, especially with children. The pool is clean with a slide, and the beach is barely 200 meters away with plenty of water sports. The town is very quiet and welcoming, with many French tourists. There are several beaches in the area, but the Gran Jonquère or Espai Gieronde shopping centers are about a 50-minute drive away, though worthwhile for the different selection and attractive prices, especially for cosmetics. There are several shops and restaurants opposite the accommodation.

We spent a week there in August, a group of four.

The apartment is quite nice; we could tell it had been recently renovated.

There's a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed (my two teenagers slept very well on it), a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen with essential utensils.

There's a Delonghi coffee machine (so bring your own capsules ?).

There are also two swimming pools open from 10 am to 8 pm, which is great for peace and quiet in the evenings and sleeping in.

The only downside to this apartment is that there's a large closet in the bedroom, but no shelves, just a hanging rail.

And no storage space for those sleeping in the living room, so we lived in a bit of a mess ?. There's plenty of free parking all around the aparthotel, but you need to arrive at the right time; otherwise, a huge free car park is just a 2-minute walk away by the beach.

Great pool and beach, needs improvement!

The accommodation itself was adequate, but the view was simply disastrous. I felt more like I was in a council estate than a holiday resort in Spain.

The overall condition of the residence is particularly concerning: grossly inadequate cleanliness, dilapidated common areas, and dirty, unsealed elevators. Accessing the ground floor required going through level -1. Even more worrying, some of the elevator buttons fell to the floor when pressed. This level of maintenance is frankly unacceptable for a residence of this brand.

The swimming pool and common areas are also in a very disappointing state. As for the immediate surroundings, they are particularly bleak. The closed shops at the foot of the building—some even appearing to have ceased operations—further reinforce this impression of neglect.

But the most outrageous thing is the price: €2,200 for a week in these conditions. At this price, I expected a well-maintained, pleasant residence that met the standard of service one has the right to expect from Pierre & Vacances. On the contrary, I feel I paid far too much for a service that absolutely does not justify it.

I also seriously question whether Pierre & Vacances even has a genuine quality control department responsible for regularly inspecting the condition of its residences. If such an inspection exists, it's difficult to understand how this residence can be maintained in this state. Unless, of course, maintenance and upkeep have simply been abandoned.

Personally, I will not be staying with Pierre & Vacances again. This experience has deeply disappointed me, and I intend to widely share my feedback so that other vacationers know what to expect before booking.

A week at €2,200 that leaves me with the feeling of having been very poorly served and having paid a price that is completely disproportionate to the quality offered.
