This apartment hotel is extremely dilapidated. The elevator lobby is filled with the smell of smoke, and the corridors also have the smell of smoke and marijuana. There is a lot of dust and old furniture in the room, and the air conditioner is very old. The sofa is especially dirty. No matter how many days you stay, there is no room cleaning service provided. Only on one day in the middle, they will deliver a bath towel and a roll of tissues to your door. I wonder how a single roll of toilet paper is enough when there are no extra ones in the room. The trash cans are not cleaned either, and we have to do it ourselves. None of this was mentioned at the time of booking. You have to go to the front desk after check-in to find out that there is no room cleaning service and that you have to ask for extra rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags. At night, the temperature fluctuates, and I caught a bad cold in this hotel. In general, there is no room service at all. For this price, it's better to stay at the hotel next door.

From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful during both arrival and departure. The aparthotel is in an excellent location, with metro stations nearby (Badal for L5 and Collblanc for L9), making it very convenient to travel to and from El Prat Airport. We stayed on the 6th floor and enjoyed a beautiful view. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for our 5-day stay as a small family with a 3-year-old toddler. I would highly recommend this place.

This is by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Even if you’ve already paid city taxes through the booking platform, this place will insist you pay again on-site, making an otherwise enjoyable trip extremely frustrating. Choosing this accommodation could easily cost you nearly €100 extra out of your pocket. Absolutely avoid this place—do not book under any circumstances.

Could not fault this accommodation. It is easily accessed, it is friendly, it has a really good array of supports and services. The location is not central but access to everything is extremely easy. The staff were so helpful with anything we needed. Everything was clean and easy to use. Our beds were comfortable. We were lucky to stay during the Mercè and we got a bit of a view of the big fireworks. The Metro was nice and close, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The linens were ample and with enough space to hang all our allocated towels - a rarity in so many hotels! But truly I cannot say enough about the staff, they were truly warm and made the place feel like a home, and we will always feel grateful for that.
