This is the best kept secret in Empuriabrava. The location is perfect. There was nothing to fault about my stay.

I decided to return to this hotel but was unfortunately very disappointed with the quality of the services, especially given the price and the advertised 4-star standard.
From the moment we arrived, we were disturbed by strong unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom. Our room had several unacceptable issues for a hotel of this category:
• Visible mold in the bathtub,
• A stained pillowcase (likely makeup),
• Outdoor furniture in poor condition, including a chair with nearly detached armrests,
• A broken toilet flush button, simply placed on top, making it difficult to use.
These issues are regrettable and do not reflect the level of comfort expected from a 4-star hotel.

No tea and coffee welcome in the room, no usb charge available
Telephone not working so have to go to the reception with any queries
A bit sruffy and unclean in parts, fridge, but the cleaning lady was very accommodating and tended to it when I pointed out the fridge
Curtain torn
Better attention to toilet cover needed
Breakfast was fabulous, although the overseer was a bit grumpy to say the least, when I was leaving, I had to say goodbye 3 times, before she responded, in an empty reception, poor customer relations right there
The breakfast server, who replenished the breakfast area, couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful with a smile, the total opposite to the managers
It's a shame coz it does affect your stay

booked the hotel for friends. they could not arrive because of the illness. personally went to the hotel and asked to change the booking for the next weekend, with paying the price difference. the manager lady was unhelpful, did not want to talk to me directly, spoke only with the receptionist. finally told me to write a complaint online, and so far, no reply.
