Regarding your comments about the noise from the drainage pipes, we are sorry that this may have negatively affected your rest. Although this is not an issue we commonly receive complaints about, we take your comments very seriously and will take them into consideration as we continue to review and improve the comfort of our facilities. During your stay, we were not made aware of this issue by our reception team, as had we been informed at the time, we would have had the opportunity to assess the situation and look for a solution to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Regarding the swimming pool, we understand that the closing time may be inconvenient, particularly for guests returning from the beach in the afternoon. During the summer season, the pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. After this time, the barriers are placed around the pool as a safety measure and to ensure compliance with the pool's rules and regulations.
Our aim is always to provide our guests with a comfortable, pleasant, and safe stay. We regret that, on this occasion, certain aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback, which helps us to continue improving.
