It was totally fine but our apartment seemed a bit tired in areas. Such as the bath had paint peeling off it whenever it got wet? But I would say they were just minor things. The beds were so comfy, it was clean and the roof terrace amazing

My experience after a week in this place has been very negative: expensive, dirty, neglected, and poorly managed. There are much better alternatives.
A week here was more than enough to never come back.

Lovely place our family stayed here for 3 nights. The lady at reception was accommodating and the rooms are very clean. Would stay here again if visiting salou

We had a lovely stay at Pierre & Vacances in Salou. We were a group of 4 teenage girls. Our apartment was well equipped - a few toilet rolls, some washing up liquid and cloths were provided for the kitchen.
Location was perfect for us - 5-7 minute walk to shops/restaurants/bars/clubs and 10-15 minute walk to Llevant Beach. Supermarket 5 minute walk down the road. It felt safe to walk back all together at night.
The apartment block was quiet and a bit removed from the main road - the pool area was clean and plenty of sun beds.
Reception was helpful and informative with checking in and out. We were able to leave our bags in reception for the day due to our evening flight.
25 minute walk to Port Aventura/Ferrari Land - highlight of the trip! Use the Spanish version of the Lidl app to get 50% off tickets - it worked for us!!
Overall, would highly recommend for a cheap and easy holiday to Spain!

Would not stay here again. Far from everything horrible service. The hotel is based on a hill. We got put up top of the hill with a disabled person. We requested to move rooms to make everyone’s life easier and they told us no. When we got to the hotel room it smelled like fish. The aircon in one room was broken very unfortunate and took time to fix. The wardrobes stunk and there was some mysterious stains on the wall not sure what a clear sign the cleaners don’t clean properly. Although i felt safe i didn’t feel comfortable felt as though i was living in dirt. We stayed for six nights not once was the pool cleaned. My children found clumps of hair and plenty of dead skin. Not to mention the amount of dirt and grass in the pool. Wouldn’t recommend here or go here again.
