We appreciate that you chose to stay with us.
However, we are sorry to learn that you found the sofa bed uncomfortable. We understand that comfort is essential, and we strive to provide good quality sofa beds for our guests. We also offer apartments with one or two bedrooms that come with regular beds, which might be a better option for your next stay.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the smell from the air conditioning and the deposit requirement. The deposit is a standard procedure to ensure the proper care of our apartments, and it is returned upon departure after inventory. We will look into the air conditioning issue to prevent any future occurrences.
