I am shocked that a sofa bed is considered acceptable, regardless of the tiers available. We requested another room as the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, and were told it was an additional €100 a night for a room with an actual bed... In what world is that normal? We are currently subjected to a smell of onions through the air conditioner. The room is quite filthy, and the bathroom is tiny, with a shower, not a bath as advertised. Oh, and there's a €200 charge up front in case you break something. The only thing that I could break here is my own spirit. Terrible.

The worst hotel ever! The worst service. We waited 30 min at 3 am for the keys, while reception person was doing nothing just asked to wait as he need to check something. We had 1 years old child on hands sleeping waiting for the keys and he just was as slow as possible. Don’t recommend the are not treating their guests as should be treated especially with a small child. Person’s name on reception Miquel
