We are delighted that you found our location to be great and that the staff at our sister hotel were friendly and always ready to assist.
However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the quality of sleep is paramount, and it is regrettable that the sofa bed was not to your comfort. Regarding the absence of an on-site reception, we strive for the convenience of our guests and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We also note your concerns about the furniture and kitchen utensils; guest satisfaction in these areas is of high importance to us. Additionally, we appreciate you bringing to our attention the number of bin bags provided and the TV facilities. It is important for us that our guests have all they need for a comfortable stay, and we will certainly consider your comments for future improvements.
Finally, we are pleased that our staff’s hospitality positively impacted your visit, and we hope that their service left a lasting good impression.

It is encouraging to hear that the responsiveness of our staff and the beautiful sea views from our apartments met your expectations.
Our team strives to offer a welcoming environment and swift solutions whenever any issues arise, such as those you experienced upon arrival. We are glad that our manager's visit and the subsequent apartment relocation positively impacted your stay.
However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered, including the initial discomfort with the sofa bed and the concerns regarding cleanliness. We take pride in maintaining high standards of accommodation, and your experience prompts us to be even more vigilant.
The vending machine's stock and the issues with the kitchen equipment are certainly not indicative of the quality we aim to deliver, and we are reviewing these areas to ensure they meet the expectations of our guests.
While we do not have a reception in the apartment block, we hope the 24-hour availability of our sister hotel's reception provided some reassurance.
The location of our property, while convenient for accessing the beach and nearby amenities, may not bustle with activity outside peak season, which explains the quieter atmosphere you observed. We understand that this may not cater to everyone's preferences and hope it did not detract significantly from the overall enjoyment of your stay.
