Fantastic hotel with gorgeous view directly to the beach.

We stayed in one of the rooms on the fourth floor. Unfortunately, our experience was mixed. The check-in process was very inconvenient. It was surprising to find out that we had to go to a completely different building just to check in. After a long journey, all you want is to get to your room and rest, not walk somewhere else with your luggage before you can finally settle in.
The room itself also had several issues. The baseboards were badly damaged, as if they had been chewed. There was a noticeable gap under the entrance door, which made the soundproofing very poor, so we could clearly hear noise from outside. When the sofa bed was unfolded, there was almost no room left to walk around it, and because of the limited space, I ended up injuring my leg.
The bathroom was extremely small. When opening the bathroom door fully, it was blocked by a mop and buckets that had been left there. It looked like the cleaning equipment had simply been forgotten in the room, making it difficult to open the door completely. The shower was also incredibly narrow. There was barely enough room to move, and while showering I repeatedly bumped into the shower handle, which even caused minor injuries.
That said, there were also several things we really liked. The view is genuinely beautiful, and the property is located right on the beachfront. The beach is very clean, and the water is crystal clear. It was still quite cold during our stay, but in the hot weather it was incredibly refreshing. The surrounding area is lovely, with plenty of cafés and restaurants, clean streets, and a nice promenade for walking. We also appreciated that pets are welcome.
The apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and oven, making it convenient for a short stay. One thing to keep in mind is that the bathroom uses a hot water boiler. This can be a little inconvenient if you're returning from the beach several times a day or if multiple women are staying in the room and need to shower one after another, as the hot water supply may run out.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and made the check-in process as smooth as possible once we arrived. Overall, while the location and amenities are great for a short vacation, the room itself could definitely benefit from better maintenance and more attention to guests' comfort and safety.

We stayed here for just over a week. Overall, the experience was mixed and in my opinion, this place is better suited for a short stay rather than a longer visit.

One of the first things to note is that there is no free parking available. You have to park on the street, which costs around €6 per day.

The apartment itself had some positive aspects. The balcony view was exceptional and the main bed was comfortable. However, there were also some issues that affected our stay. The sofa converts into a bed, but when opened, it leaves very little space to move around. The bed frame has very sharp corners and I accidentally bumped into them twice, resulting in cuts on both of my legs. I had to cover the corners with a bed sheet to prevent it from happening again.

There is only one washing machine available for all residents and using it costs €4 per wash. During our stay, it was often difficult to use because other guests were also waiting to do their laundry.

Several services come with additional costs, such as cleaning during your stay, which I believe is around €50. While these charges may be understandable, the overall experience felt less welcoming because even small things seemed to require an extra payment. For example, providing a simple bottle of water for arriving guests would have been a nice gesture.

The sofa itself was quite uncomfortable and not suitable for relaxing for longer periods.

The apartment has great potential, especially because of the beautiful view and comfortable main bed. However, due to the limited space, extra charges, shared facilities and the issue with the sharp bed corners, I would personally recommend it mainly for shorter stays.
