RUDE!
The receptionist was new and she was rude to the client infront of me. The client was complaining that the duvet was dirty and the receptionist screamed at her that she didn't understand her and that she already told her that housekeeping would help her. I had to intervene and help the client as the client should never be treated badly especially not on their first night.
Furthermore, the previous day i did my check in and both receptionist (not the same ones mentioned before) were rude to my partner and me. The room was ok, but small and the walls are very thin. I could hear the neighbour's dog bark all the time.
In the website they say that they leave the beds made upon your arrival. NOT TRUE! My partner and I had to make our own beds upon the bed linen they provided.
Kitchen was well equipped but cupboards were dirty so I had to clean everything myself before using.
Also check in time was very inconvenient as it was at 16:00 onwards. Same and the check out it was at 10am a bit early for those who like to sleep.
The location was amazing. Front row to the sea of beautiful Blanes.
