Additionally, we apologize for the shortcomings in housekeeping, including the lack of fresh towels and toilet rolls. Furthermore, we take safety concerns very seriously, and we will immediately address the issues with the dishwasher and the electrical plug in the ensuite bathroom.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced regarding the swimming pool during your stay, Hedonic. We understand how disappointing it must have been to find it without water.
The heated swimming pool is located on the roof of the residence and is typically open from April to October. Operating hours are from 10 am to 7 pm daily. Please note that there is a solarium with sun loungers available, subject to availability, for your relaxation. You can find this information on our website.
