Our family stayed here for 11 nights. We had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view — cozy and very comfortable accommodation. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the center of Menton and just a 10-minute walk to Carnolès train station — making it easy to travel to Nice, Monte Carlo, and other cities. The apart-hotel is pet-friendly and has underground parking available. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

A wonderful hotel with an excellent location and very comfortable rooms. Everything is spotlessly clean, the staff are welcoming, and the housekeeping team is especially friendly — they do their absolute best to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. The beds and pillows are excellent, providing a great night’s sleep.

This is a *premium* location for P&V. While the appartment was OK, there were some issues. The first concerns the electric vehicle chargers of which there are two. Sadly, they are unusable for any EV made since 2016: a "type 3" outlet. EV Charging was one of our criteria for choosing this location. The provided microwave oven was clearly old and in need of replacing, as the inside was quite rusty. In a "premium" residence, I expect the shower tap to be a thermostatic type so you don't spend all your shower jumping out of the way of the freezing/boiling water. The lifts appeared to require servicing, with call buttons sticking on the 5th floor, doors operating slowly or refusing to close (garage level). Also, the inspection certificates were missing in one lift. Depending on which side of the building gives, you will be facing another appartment building, causing an echo chamber for every outside noise, including building & traffic noise.

We did manage to enjoy our time there due to the location and surrounding amenities, including the seafront a few meters away, so it's not a complete washout, but we will not be returning to this location.

Note: we had been last year to another P&V premium location, which did not have these problems.

It was quiet and nice. We like it. My children enjoyed the piscine.
