That said, we sincerely regret that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. While our hillside location offers a tranquil setting near Miami Platja's beaches, we understand the distance to urban centers requires careful itinerary planning. Our multilingual reception team is available 24 hours daily to assist with transportation advice or local recommendations. Regarding communication, we will reinforce language training to ensure all guest interactions meet our service standards.

That said, we regret the location’s distance from local attractions posed a challenge. While our hilltop setting offers tranquility, we recommend car rentals to fully explore the Costa Dorada’s beaches and vineyards.
