The reception staff were very good, especially Elisa. She is an incredible receptionist—always smiling, kind, attentive, and willing to help. She was always there whenever we needed anything and made us feel welcome. She is the kind of person who makes you want to stop and have a conversation with her.

Now I’d like to talk about the housekeeping. Honestly, I wasn’t completely satisfied. Every day, we found the floor still dirty, there were things left lying around, and we even found ants near the trash bins. Even though we left a tip for the housekeeping staff, the room was not cleaned as thoroughly as we expected. That was disappointing.

Apart from that, everything else was excellent. The place is very peaceful, the location is amazing, and the views are absolutely beautiful.

The best few days in the most idyllic location! The hotel exceeded my expectations - the staff is so kind & helpful, the food delectable and the view of the White City is to die for. We came for a few days for child free bliss for our 10 year anniversary and so happy with our choice of hotel - it was just perfect!

Adult only hotel in calm, clean Menorca. Fast check in/out. Our room was a suite, no seaview. Comfortable bed, quiet aircon,large bathroom, nice shower; small fridge, microwave, stove, plates, cutleries, no pans. Hotel Restaurant Cuina y Mar,awesome view, good food, meeting point for meals, cocktails. From restaurant, path about 2 minute walk to village and short walking distance to coves for swimming. 3 hotel pools with sun beds. Adequate space for breakfast with variety of choices. Car advisable but can be managed with public transport- easy to get taxi and 20 minute bus ride to/from Mao/Mahon for €1.80/one way, highly recommend visit to Mahon.
Most of all, Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Special Thanks to Bernie, Davi and Carmen for helping make our stay and family celebration memorable ?.
Suggestions: consider updating lobby interior decoration and use of air freshener, fit for a 4 star hotel; more accurate instructions for rooms safe use; provide towels and less heavy weights for exercise room. Did not see a sauna/spa.
Overall relaxed, quiet and chill awesome vacation. Muchas Gracias!?
