A weekend in Barcelona is ideal to discover the wonders of the city. Its architecture is amazing: visit the Sagrada Familia Church. It is a towering construction, still under construction after 100 years and which stands only half as tall as it will do upon completion. The Gothic Quarter, which is located in the old town, offers incredible buildings, including some dating back to the 14th century. Barcelona is also famous for its museums, among which the Museo Picasso featuring beautiful pieces of the artist. Your city breaks in Barcelona are also the perfect way to discover the Spanish way of life. Stroll along Las Ramblas or visit the famous market of La Boqueria. Visit Barcelona from May to mid-September to enjoy its top beaches. The city offers 9 beaches with a total of 4.5 kilometres of coastline. The nearest ones are only 15 to 25-minute walk or accessible by metro. All Barcelona beaches are blue-flag beaches
