Have to cancel your trip?
You can receive reimbursement, upon presentation of supporting documents, for the non-refundable amount of your stay in the following instances:
You will benefit from Repatriation Assistance, coverage for medical costs, overseas hospitalisation costs and early returns, as well as the provision of a driver, etc.
Lost, stolen or damaged luggage/sports equipment?
Your luggage is insured in the event of loss or damage, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
Missed the start of your holiday?
Reimbursement for any days not used.
Left something you need on holiday at home?
We'll cover the cost of sending you the forgotten item to your holiday address.
Lack of snow or excess snow?
The Complete Pass insurance will cover your cancellation fees.
A skiing accident or health problem?
The Complete Pass will reimburse any on-slope rescue fees, as well as any organisation and repatriation costs. In addition, the insurance will reimburse your accommodations and/or any activities you purchased at the time of your booking in proportion to the number of unused days.
The Complete Pass will reimburse any damaged personal skis and cover the rental fees for replacement equipment.
Valid for all occupants of the apartment. IMPORTANT: this is only a summary of the cover we provide and has no contractual value. On request, we can send you of the terms and conditions as well as the details of the cover provided by the Mondial Assistance contract when you make your booking. The terms and conditions will be sent to you when you take out the policy. The insurance premium must be paid in full when you make your booking and cannot be reimbursed.
