Located on the Northern shore of France in Picardy, Le Touquet is a great destination for British holiday makers for holidays north of France. Both close to the channel tunnel and to the ferry routes, Le Touquet is also a popular destination among Parisians as the town is just a couple of hours away from Paris.
Holidays North of France are a great destination if you are looking for a place close to home but with lots of activities in the area as well. Created in the 19th century, most of the old buildings in Le Touquet are well preserved, in addition to the beautiful and clean gardens. A typical French market is held twice a week.
The town offers a lot of sports activities such as 3 golf courses, horse racing tracks, tennis courts… The site includes 20 km of cycling itineraries as well.
Le Touquet Beach is of course the main attraction. With its fine white sand, the beach is very enjoyable for holiday makers as it is long and clean. If the weather can be a little cold for sunbathing or swimming, many activities such as horse riding on the beach, kitesurf, sand yachting, stand up paddle or sailing will please the whole family.
Our residence Les Jardins de la Côte d’Opale is a great resort for Le Touquet holidays. Recently renovated, the residence is set in a landscaped park and is ideal for Le Touquet self catering. An indoor heated swimming pool is accessible all year round as well as tennis courts and an equestrian centre in the area.
