What to do during your Branville Holidays

Branville is ideally located to enjoy the famous Normandy towns along the coastline. Deauville, located on Normandy’s Cote Fleurie, is a renowned escape for Parisians. The town is above all else a beach resort, with its long golden sand beach and parasols to relax. The waterfront promenade is called Les Planches and is famous for the names painted along the boardwalk. Deauville boasts 550 buildings listed as historical monuments and is a great way to discover Art Nouveau, Baroque and Norman styles.

The little town of Trouville borders Deauville, be sure to visit both sister towns for their beautiful houses, great seaside restaurants and typical atmosphere. Villers-sur-Mer is a particularly family friendly resort.

The town boasts a 2-kilometre long sandy beach and is quieter than Deauville or Trouville. The cliffs called “falaises des vaches noires” are very popular with fossil hunters, and are located west of the town centre, accessible at low tide. Beuvron-en-Auge is also one must-see in the area. Labelled one of the most beautiful villages of France, Beuvron boasts 17th century buildings as well as an amazing 15th century manor house.
