«What a disappointment!!»
The whole place is in serious need of modernisation and a thorough clean. The activities on the park are poor and it felt like being on a campsite even though we had paid enough money to go to a 5 star hotel!! There is also a small shop on the site which we thought was good but unfortunately it had really strict opening and closing times. Nothing else to say apart from we will not use Pierre & vacances ever again and won't recommend it to anybody.

«Lovely house, site not so good»
Swimming pool was so crowded could barely move, very unpleasant experience, much smaller than expected and filthy dirty. Outdoor pool nice but loose tiles/ rough- both children cut themselves. Shop not open in afternoon. Restaurant only did a buffet for 25 euros while we were there (in the evenings) no where very close to drive to, so used take away service which was nice food. Nothing going on in evening, bar shut up by 9.30. Was a karaoke happening in arcade, but no where to get a drink. Not much atmosphere with the place. Superior house was very nice- clean, well equipped well designed but rest of site a let down- expected it to be like Centre Parcs as part of the same group but really was nothing like it. Fine for a couple of night before returning home but that's it.
We were given inferior accommodation even though I paid for superior, when complaining I was told that the accommodation we were given was superior. I had booked on seeing a picture of the accommodation but was given a very small depressingly dark appartment. The girl then said they could give me what I had booked but it would cost me another €150 as it was for more people. I felt obliged to pay this as I had no inclination to stay in what we had been allotted. Also in the shop my son who has learning difficulties and does not know how much change he should be given, relying on the honesty of the shopkeeper he was charged €15 euros for 4 croissants & a small bottle of milk. When complaining to the management we were told it was nothing to do with them. I would have thought anyone trading on their premises should have been answerable to them. Apart from this the location & facilities at the park were very good. The basic wifi which is free is rubbish and although they advertise international channels on television they don't have any.
I bought this through Interval International before reading reviews. After reading the mixed reviews on TripAdvisor I must admit that I was worried. But it was a big surprise when we arrived to find that the whole resort area was very beautiful and peaceful. The unit we had was #105 which is located very close to the reception area, thus, very convenient for seniors. It's within a 2-minute walk on flat ground. The unit seemed to be newly renovated. It was a one-bedroom unit with 3 comfortable single beds upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs in the living room. This type of unit is supposed to be able accommodate up to 5 people which, in my opinion, will definitely be very crowded. The receptionists were very polite, friendly, attentive and helpful. Some of them didn't speak much English but they would eagerly find someone who could to attend to our need.
