Set in a peaceful, unspoilt environment, the recently built Les Terrasses d'Arsella Premium residence invites you to enjoy a unique and relaxing experience surrounded by nature. From the resort, enjoy the panoramic view of Saint-Cyprien Bay and succumb to the tranquillity around you. The eco-designed accommodation has a large terrace with garden furniture ...and loungers, a barbecue area and the comfort of air conditioning. The houses all have an individual swimming pool (4 or 7 m long), ideal for relaxing in privacy. If you are staying in an apartment, the main pool is open and heated from April to November. Near the residence, discover Porto-Vecchio and its winding alleys. Less than 5 minutes away by car, explore the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, in San Ciprianu and Cala Rossa. Take a boat trip to see the Lavezzi Islands or the cliffs and caves of Bonifacio. In this case, we do not allow pets in the residence.
Considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica, Palombaggia beach offers fine sand, turquoise shallow waters (ideal for children) and breathtaking views of the Cerbicale islands.

Beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. Nice pool for swimming and easy parking near your apartment. There is also a fabulous cat, if you go, please feed her. We named her Esmarelda. I have given the rooms 4 stars not 5 as there was only one toilet in our apartment ...and there were 3 of us in our party. Plus there is no washbasin in the toilet room... I suppose your opinion of this depends on what you are used to.
There are beaches within a short drive, a shop even closer (walking distance depending on your fitness), and tracks to walk on that you can access from the road to the apartments. We really enjoyed our stay here.
