Located in ...Soulac-sur-Mer, this charming residence is composed of four buildings featuring decor inspired by the local style, with bright, sunny colours. Each apartment is designed as a cosy retreat that's ...perfect for relaxation, and provides a view of the oak grove or the swimming pool.
Want to cool off? You can choose between the beach, 200 m away, or our outdoor pool with paddling pool, open from April to late September. Do you enjoy sporty holidays? There are plenty of activities in the surrounding area. You can explore the surrounding area by bike or on horseback, or sample the pleasures of water sports.
On site, we've thought of everything for your entertainment. Your children can have fun in the play area or the reception area while you play a game of pétanque or table tennis. In summer, your children can discover new activities at the children's club, located 900 m away on the beach.
The centre of Soulac-sur-Mer is located 1.3 km from our residence. There, you'll find everything you need to do your shopping, eat or relax.

The region, which has recently been awarded the "Vignobles et Découvertes" (vineyards and discoveries) award, will delight novice and seasoned wine buffs alike with its castles and wine tastings.
Sports enthusiasts of all ages can try surfing on natural, fine sandy beaches that are typical of the area.
Cyclists also take pride of place here, with the "Vélodyssée" cycling trail right on our doorstep. Our residence will offer you the warmest of welcomes!
The Cordouan lighthouse, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2021, is the oldest lighthouse at sea still manned and open to visitors. Listed as a historic monument in 1862, it offers an exceptional view after climbing 301 steps.
In the restaurants of the Médoc, discover the local delicacies: oysters re-refined since 2014, white prawns and gambas from the estuary, fresh or smoked eel and lamprey à la bordelaise. Treat yourself to a unique tasting experience.
A 3km treasure hunt to discover the area and its heritage through riddles and treasures. Families can explore the routes in search of Poï'z, collectable characters that will create unique souvenirs.
Near Soulac-sur-Mer, visit the charming port of Talais, with its white huts and tasty oysters. A 1hr 15min walk will take you through this picturesque area and give you a chance to admire the carrelets on the Gironde estuary.

Calm, typical P-et-V, great pool area, free parking, everything you need for a short or longer stay. Short walk to the beach, a bit longer walk to the restaurants and the center of Soulac sur mer.
