The Le Coteau et la Mer ...premium residence is located in the Tréboul district of Douarnenez, looking out onto the Atlantic ocean and boasting a stunning view of Douarnenez Bay. The small fishing port and surrounding ...cliffs make the area perfect for a stroll.
The residence is a short walk from Sables Blancs beach. The garden is full of flowers, offering all the tranquillity you need to recharge your batteries while on holiday. The nautical theme continues inside the apartments, which are decorated in pale blue, lilac or neutral shades for a relaxing effect. Some apartments feature a balcony so you can gaze out over the sea. It's so relaxing!
If the weather takes a turn for the worse, why not enjoy a dip in our indoor swimming pool? The pool features a glass roof and is heated throughout the year. You can also unwind in the solarium gazing out at the ocean and horizon.
To end your stay on a high note, why not pay a well-earned visit to the nearby "Thalasso-Douarnenez" health and beauty centre, where you can enjoy a wide range of reasonably priced treatments.

We had a very nice stay in the residence. Excellent location and very nice staff. The apartment was ok for 3 adults and one child. It is near a beautiful beach. The pool has a good size and it's clean.

The room have perfect view of the sea, clean and the swimming tool is really nice.
2 negative point : the wifi in the appartement is horriable, you can do nothing with and internet in the village is very low, be prepare to spend your holidays deconnected.
the landary room ...have no clear intruction of usage, we lost 6€ due to the wrong manipulation and no refund.
