You'll be staying in a light-filled, air conditioned apartment with wide floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony or garden to make the most of the sun on your holidays. The interior, carefully decorated in relaxing colours, offers the perfect cosy nest for a family holiday.
Another important feature: The solarium and heated pool on the roof terrace (open from April to October)! Perfectly exposed to the sun, it offers a wonderful view of the surrounding areas for some extended relaxation time. After all, you're on holiday!

We spent an excellent time at Julia Augusta residence. The staff is very professional and attentive to details, the location is excellent and service is great. We will continue to enjoy this place. Big thanks to the team !

Our family stayed here for 11 nights. We had a room on the 5th floor with a sea view — cozy and very comfortable accommodation. The location is perfect: very close to the beach, supermarket, cafés, and restaurants. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the center of Menton and ...just a 10-minute walk to Carnolès train station — making it easy to travel to Nice, Monte Carlo, and other cities. The apart-hotel is pet-friendly and has underground parking available. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place!
