Our brand-new five-star premium residence is ideally located 8 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne train station and set within a safe, 2 hectare park, close to the forest of Sauveterre and its 1,000 hectares of nature. The wild beach of Sauveterre, only 2.5 km away, is famous for surfing and for its kilometres of dunes. This beach ...has a lifeguard station and a snack bar, meaning longer days by the sea! Direct beach access from the residence on foot or by bike via a path through the pines. In terms of accommodation, it offers 54 brand-new houses, with surface areas of between 69 and 92 m² and 3 or 4 bedrooms. Everything is designed for comfort: a private heated swimming pool for each villa, air-conditioned living room, stylish, fully-equipped kitchen, Weber electric BBQ, washing machine and a private parking space right in front of your accommodation. We had an amazing stay here and loved every minute. We went with our son, my parents and my dog and it was perfect for all of us. The freshly baked bread and pastries that you can purchase that get delivered daily is amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The ...only things to be aware of are that there isn’t an oven in the property and there are no shops that you can walk to. There is, however, a delightful family run Italian restaurant that is walkable and does amazing food.
