Welcome to Les Villas d'Olonne. Our brand-new five-star premium residence is ideally located 8 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne train station and set within a safe, 2 hectare park, close to the forest of Sauveterre and its 1,000 hectares of nature. The wild beach of Sauveterre, only 2.5 km away, is famous for surfing and for its kilometres of dunes. This beach ...has a lifeguard station and a snack bar, meaning longer days by the sea! Direct beach access from the residence on foot or by bike via a path through the pines. In terms of accommodation, it offers 54 brand-new houses, with surface areas of between 69 and 92 m² and 3 or 4 bedrooms. Everything is designed for comfort: a private heated swimming pool for each villa, air-conditioned living room, stylish, fully-equipped kitchen, Weber electric BBQ, washing machine and a private parking space right in front of your accommodation. Can you picture it? Your to-do list is just as appealing: with its hiking trails, unique heritage and wild beaches as far as the eye can see, Les Sables-d'Olonne is a popular destination. Spacious, well maintained villa with great pool. We travelled during a heatwave so the aircon in the living space really made a difference, even helping to cool the downstairs bedrooms. However the upstairs bedrooms were very hot the first couple of nights, so we all slept ...downstairs. Aircon in the bedrooms would be helpful given the recent high summer temperatures in France. The shutters were useful to keep the heat out though and fans were provided.
It was brilliant to have a private pool which was heated to a perfect temperature and had a fantastic electric pool cover to keep the kids safe. We made good use of the Weber electric BBQ too.
The complex was well maintained and staff were helpful and friendly. Any minor issues in the villa were sorted by the maintenance team quickly.
Reception area and park were great for kids to play in. The grass could’ve been better watered on site as most of it had dried out / died, especially in our garden area.
But on the whole we had a wonderful 7 night stay at Les Villas d’Olonne and would certainly return for another stay in the future. Thank you :-)

2nd stay here as loved it so much. Staff lovely and helpful. The bread and pastry (to order fresh daily) were very good. Nice food trucks that come to site. Only advice on ordering from these is to go way before the 6.30pm recommendation, otherwise you end up you are in a ...pre-made queue waiting up until 9pm for your food ordered. Didn’t matter to us but if you were hungry or had hungry kids it’s quite a wait. Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Real bonus with having two bathrooms also. Pool is lovely and eating outside is easy as the table is large and can seat six nicely. Local supermarket and Mall 10min drive away and really good selection in both for self catering in the villas. Would recommend.
