Welcome to Les Villas d'Olonne. Our brand-new premium residence is ideally located 8 km from Les Sables-d'Olonne train station and set within a safe, 2 hectare park, close to the forest of Sauveterre and its 1,000 hectares of nature. The wild beach of Sauveterre, only 2.5 km away, is famous for surfing and for its kilometres of dunes. This beach has a ...lifeguard station and a snack bar, meaning longer days by the sea! Direct beach access from the residence on foot or by bike via a path through the pines. In terms of accommodation, it offers 54 brand-new houses, with surface areas of between 69 and 92 m² and 3 or 4 bedrooms. Everything is designed for comfort: air-conditioned living room, stylish fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine, individual swimming pool (open from 8 April to 11 November) and private parking place right in front of your house. We stayed here for 8 nights (16-24 sept). We originally booked for 1 week but we enjoyed it so much that we stayed a night longer!
There was a welcome gift on the table on arrival, and we had a very nice and clean villa. Also very well equiped!
Clean towels and ...bedding, clean pool and garden, well equiped kitchen, air conditioning downstairs, iron and little iron board, washing machine, few tablets for the dishwasher and soap, bbq,...
We were very lucky that the weather was still good near the end of september, we got to enjoy the pool everyday.
Location was great for us. Near the beach (walking distance) and forest, close to stores and activities,...
If you have children or like animals definitely visit 'Le Zoo des Sables' and Aquarium de Vendée. L'île Penotte is also very pretty. Renting a bike is also fun. If you like to canoe or do a boat trip you could go to Les Salines and see the salt mines.

It would be great to have a bigger fridge and better fourniture in the kitchen and also the stove could be better, but everything else is 5*

It was a very nice stay with the family, we enjoyed the swimming pool a lot. The house is perfect, big rooms for parents and both of the daughters. A bathroom and toilet on each floor. Lots of storage room, much appreciated. Feeling very welcomed after a long drive (10h) ...and always helpful, kind, informative (where you can go with the dog).
