The Fort Socoa residence is located at one end of the Saint-Jean-de-Luz bay, in the municipality of Urrugne.
The comfortable, fully equipped apartments have a balcony or terrace. They are arranged across three floors and are served by a lift.

Built in 1627 and redesigned by Vauban, Fort Socoa protected the port and bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz for many years. It offers a pleasant walk along its ramparts, revealing an exceptional panoramic view of the bay, mountains and ocean.
