Most apartments in the building don't have such a large terrace or this sea view. Nevertheless, the building is highly recommended because of its beautiful and quiet location and its proximity to the sea: a 10-minute walk to the beach, just across the intersection and ...straight down the stairs.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for self-catering. For groceries, we recommend E. Leclerc on Avenue Victor Hugo.

We spent several very pleasant weeks there this summer. After enjoying the festive atmosphere of Cannes, it was lovely to retreat to this quiet residence, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, yet still close to everything.
The residence is well-served ...by public transport: buses are just a 5-minute walk away, the beaches are 10 minutes away, and shops are a 15-minute walk.
The air-conditioned apartments (all renovated in 2024) offer welcome comfort, especially with the recent heatwaves.
I would like to thank the new manager, Nathalie, for her warm welcome, availability, patience, and tact!
She ensured the peace and quiet of the place.
(Managing vacationers can sometimes be very complex, especially when some don't respect the rules).
We will gladly return next summer!

Great, quiet residence.
It's a 5-minute walk from the beach and a 30-minute walk from the Croisette.
We stayed in apartment 15, and it was very spacious, clean, air-conditioned, with a fantastic view of the sea and the pool.
I highly recommend it.
