We had a great stay at Villa Livia. Our apartment was very clean and had a magnificent sea view. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the residence, which is really great. There are buses down the street to the center of Cannes/Croisette if you don't want to take your car, ...which is convenient.

Location located near Cannes center, while being quietly set back. Quiet residence with swimming pool. Cozy renovated apartment with air conditioning.
