This was the worst accommodation experience we have ever had.

We arrived at the agreed check-in time and were left outside the property for more than an hour. There was nobody to assist us, nobody to welcome us, and no practical way to access the apartment. We have photos and videos documenting everything.

As a result, we were forced to find emergency accommodation late at night, paying for a hotel while our luggage remained with us. The entire experience caused significant stress and distress.

Afterward, instead of taking responsibility for failing to provide access to the property, the host attempted to blame us and refused to issue a refund.

We have disputed the charge with our credit card company, filed a police report, and are pursuing all available legal remedies. We will also provide all of our evidence to the booking platform and the relevant authorities.

In our opinion, we paid for accommodation that was never made available to us. We strongly advise everyone to stay away from this property and choose a host who honors their obligations.

Dear holidaymakers, please be careful when renting your accommodation from private individuals. Absolutely avoid MAEVA, which rents out dirty and defective apartments; it's disrespectful of them to rent out properties in such a state.
