Loved this place! Insanely amazing views, and very clean rooms. The resort is very far away from, well... anything, so you need to rent a car when coming here, but anyone who took 3 seconds to do research would have realized that. We did get ants in the bathroom near the ...end of our stay, but they were hardly a problem. Our room was cleaned twice in the 13 days we stayed here, which is less then usual, bet we kept the place clean ourselfs, so it wasn't a problem. The staff did make a bed of the couch (because they noticed someone was sleeping on it), which was very nice. I did get a bunch of insect bites during our stay... They look like mosquito bites, but I only found a mosquito in my room once. The pool was absolutely breath taking, there wasn't a single bit of trash, like leaves, plastic or dead insects in the pool. The buildings where our rooms were located do look a bit rundown. But overal a great hotel/resort, would recommend.

I came here on a solo trip.. and can honestly say I had the best time felt so safe.. room was spotless and had everything I needed.. staff were so friendly and the pools were stunning.. it was a bit isolated and I miss my mornings walks on a beach but that was my error not ...researching properly.. however cannot fault this place and would definitely come back.. ? thank you for a wonderful holiday xx

We are staying at one of the most beautiful apartments we've ever stayed at, with sea view facinf Gibraltar and Ceuta which is breathtaking! Staff are ever so friendly even though we speak Spanish they all also speak English and french which is so accommodating for ...everyone. We have rented a car whilst here and the location is perfect to get to other towns etc so if you're planning on visiting other places a car is a must, there is supermarkets including Lidl really close by, a beautiful beach is about 15 minute walk just across the road. We couldn't ask for any more if I'm honest... Apart from the sunbeds!! People will get up and qué up from 9.30am for when the gates open at 10am... A lot of people do put their stuff of the beds and go by their morning which is very very annoying. We sat on the floor a couple of times looking at beds not used... However one of the SOS people was pulling towels off for a lady with two kids who were on the floor which I thought was brilliant! So if you see beds taken and not used just ask a member of staff about it! Other than the beds the place is amazing. Entertainment is amazing and inclusive of all. We will be coming back!! Also but of advice, bring or invest in a parasol if you're going to the beach it really is worth it! As we burnt to a crisp on day 1 at the beach lol do not risk having no shade!
