Thank you for sharing your opinion after your recent stay at Pierre & Vacances Terrazas Costa del Sol.
We are very sorry that your arrival experience did not meet the level of comfort and assistance you expected, especially after a long international journey with your young children. Our reception operates 24 hours during the high season; however, during certain periods, including the one of your stay, the reception is open for 8 hours daily from 10:00am to 2:00pm and 5:00pm to 9:00pm. This schedule is communicated to our travel partners and guests beforehand.
We understand how challenging it must have been to wait outside the village late at night without immediate support. Our property team regrets not being able to assist you at that time. Moreover, we acknowledge the difficulty this caused your family and the lack of assistance you felt from the travel company.
Your comments about the absence of support and the distress caused are taken seriously, and we extend our sincere apologies for the inconvenience experienced during your arrival. We appreciate the importance of a warm welcome, especially for families arriving late, and regret that we could not provide this on your visit.

We are pleased that you found our location convenient for exploring local attractions like Gibraltar and Marbella, and that our pool facilities added to your enjoyment during your stay.
However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your visit did not meet expectations. We understand that a comfortable bed is essential for a restful night, and we apologize if our accommodations were not to your satisfaction. Additionally, we are sorry that the sunbeds did not provide the comfort you anticipated. Regarding the main pool's availability, please note that maintenance is essential for ensuring the highest standards of safety and enjoyment, although we regret any inconvenience this may have caused during your visit.
