Great buffet. Reception staff was a little but distracted. However, other staff was great. Great views. A lot of walking from rooms to restaurant.

Pros - room was quite large , bed comfy and air con worked . Thats about it . Oh and location to Gibraltar but need car .
Cons - very poor customer service - we didnt have a bottle opener - told to go to bar with our bottles to open ! No hairdryer , missing utensils from kitchen , they never answer phone at reception so have to walk there and the staff are never happy to help .
Only allowed 1 toilet roll a day , good luck if staying with kids !! They clean the room and change towels every 5 days - but only if you ring and remind them !!
No oven in apartment , only microwave so cooking is a challenge .
The Balconies have gaps on the wall tops so when your neighbour is smoking every half hour it comes over and into your apartment which isnt nice . Some days were so noisy , someone had a karaoke and were singing really badly all night , teenagers were jumping the fence and jumping into the pool at midnight , no security to be seen !
Extra charges for everything , parking inside the place , a safe if u want it etc etc . No where to walk to , need car . Avoid unless really cheap and you have a car .

I was in holiday with my family, travelling from UK
Just few members of the staff are speaking English the rest of them only Spanish, I speak in English they reply back in them language. I was ask few times for the clean towels but need to insist to get some clean. I paid €200 secured deposit for the room and they said I will get back next day after I make check out after many attempts no one responds to phone call I give to reception. I will not recomand at all . This hotel have not beautiful view everywhere depending where you are located. Very disappointed because was first time I visited Spain
