We are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Concerning the smell you encountered, we strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and regret any lapse in our service. We acknowledge your comments regarding our housekeeping; please note that our policy includes room cleaning every 4th day for stays of a week or more and additional cleaning services can be requested. We understand the importance of having basic amenities like soap and we regret this oversight.
Moreover, our reception team is trained to provide professional and courteous service, and we regret that we did not convey this during your visit. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the temperature of the pool and the perceived quality of the buffet food; we aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for all our guests.
Additionally, we recognize the frustration regarding parking fees and availability, and we are constantly working to improve our parking management. The misunderstanding at the breakfast service was unfortunate, and we sincerely apologize for any distress caused.
