Thief's!! I left my wedding ring which was also my grandfather's in my bathroom beside the sink as I was going to the pool with my family and didn't want to lose it!! on my return I saw cleaners hovering outside my apartment and I went in my ring was gone!!! I informed reception and a lady who spoke English said she would contact head of cleaning and check all key cards of who has entered and I said I would return next morning when I did the lady hid and sent a man out who also spoke English and he was rude and obnoxious and just gave me the impression that they did there investigation and found out I was rite and tried covering it up absolutely disgraceful completely ruined the whole holiday on my second day and I've still 2 more to go avoid this place or save your valuables no cameras or nothing for me to prove any of this!!!

Oh my where so I start? Ants everywhere in the kitchen, Broken Aircon, rooms falling apart (doors, hinges, locks) run down paint work. Deposit for everything including safety deposit box and take note of how bad the room is because your deposit could end up paying for their incompetence. No courtesy for any problems. Total lack of communication. They just don't care.

Concerning the presence of ants in the kitchen, we would like to explain that although consistent treatments are carried out, due to our natural environment, complete eradication can be challenging. Nonetheless, we are always seeking ways to improve our pest control measures. Regarding the air conditioning system, we had a failure on the 09/08/2022 which has been addressed, but we regret if this impacted the comfort of your stay. We also apologize for the wear you observed in the room, including the paintwork and fixtures. Regular maintenance is a priority for us, and we will certainly address these issues.

Regarding the deposit for the safety deposit box and other amenities, we aim for full transparency and regret any oversight in communicating these requirements. We are currently reviewing our processes to ensure that all guests are fully informed upon arrival. In the event of any delay in the return of deposits, we understand the frustration this may cause and are looking into ways to expedite this process with the banks. Rest assured that guest satisfaction is paramount, and we will follow up on this with our team.

At the beginning of our stay, everything went well and our holiday was great.

But on the 3rd night, I woke up to a stinging sensation on my legs, felt like being poked by a needle. There are some sort of bed bugs in the beds. When we informed the person at the reception, he told us that some technician would come by. Which happened, after about an hour a worker came by and sprayed poison everywhere in the room with us still being in it.

Furthermore, the pools are overcrowded, with everyone fighting for a pool bed. The adult pool is crowded with kids and nobody doing anything about it.

The water fountains are not even working anymore, together with the vending machines. They only work with coins. *But I haven't tried that.
The shower is almost falling apart, and the air conditioning looks like it has never been cleaned whatsoever.

During the week that we stayed at this hotel, it was not cleaned once.

Walking to the beach is not possible, and it will take you over 25 minutes on a steep hill.

Overall, just avoid this place. It is not worth your money, and the whole hotel is in desperate need for renovation and cleaning. Also, our complaints have not been taken seriously. When you visit a hotel and there are bed bugs, you would expect a thorough cleaning of the room, not just a guy to spray poison on the sheets where you have to sleep with again tonight.

The general manager is only responding on Google Maps reviews with messages written by ChatGPT (According to GPTZero but I know for sure). How low effort can you be to not even write personalised comments.
