Very nice resort, Great employees, kind and efficient to fix your problems, honest prices for what you get, practical accommodations

of the downsides i’d say the resort is not very well exploited, some zones are in need of renovations sad because i think the place would look beautiful with better care

Don’t get fooled by the reviews!! This place is not 4 star, it should be 1 star!! Worst service, the rooms are dirty and full of insects, me and my son got multiple bites from bedbugs because the place is so dirty and the don’t change the bed sheets!! I complained multiple times and they did nothing about it, I stayed for 9 days and they didn’t clean one time!!! and the manager who works in the night time is so disrespect full. He got mad and said bad words too me because I was complaining!!! Worst experience in my life!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLAYCE !!!!! It’s far away from everything thing and you need a car!!

Dear Sir,

We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.

Indeed, we are located in a natural setting by the sea, and sometimes our guests may be bothered by ants. We do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience. However, we would like to clarify that we do not have bed bugs.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that holiday residences offer different services from hotels. As indicated on our website, end-of-stay cleaning is included, and towels and linens are changed every 5 days. Should this have been neglected, we will take the necessary steps.

We hope to welcome you back in the future for an improved experience.

We had a family of 5 holidays the beginning of june this year. We had the best experience from start to finish. Our 2 bedroom apartment was lovely and the view we had was so beautiful. We had a 6 and 7 yr who attended kids club daily, the team were amazing our girls loved going first time doing kids club they had the best time from start to finish. Pools were lovely very well maintained every evening. Food on site was really nice so much to choose from everyone enjoyed breakfast and dinners. Bar staff were so nice cocktails were our favourite. Location was beautiful with stunning views but having a car is a must. But if u want a holiday were u dont want to leave resort it most definitely is the place to go with young families.
