Staying at this hotel and it's so nice smells amazing. Our rooms for 4 people beds are comfy, couch bed all you really need n a nice balcony with a sea view, 2 pools aswell easy to get a bed. Really enjoyed this hotel from start to finish.

Really good hotel, with an amazing location.

Prime location. Around a 5 minute walk to the busier area but still far enough to not hear the loud music and people during the early hours.

The pools are cold water pools which I love. Specially when it is such a hot day.
They are deep so kids deffinatly need arm bands and if you are not a strong swimmer don't just jump in. The pools are on the hill meaning the view from in the pool is absolutely breathtaking.

The rooms are huge and have all you need. The AC is really good and in the living room and bedroom. The beds are comfy, too.
The shower in our room needs a bit of a good clean. Just limescale. Not dirty, just a build-up. It also flooded when we showered. So we always had a very wet towl. However, this was not a big issue. It didn't affect our stay. I have stayed in loads hotels with the same issue.

Cleaners don't come round too much. However, if you ask them or ask for new towels, they are more than accommodating. The room is equipped with all the cleaning stuff you need anyway. Which I really enjoyed, because I don't like waiting for cleaners if something needs doing. I also don't want to waste cleaners time when It doesn't need doing.

The room locations and views are spectacular. We had a head on sea view room, and the view was absolutely amazing. There is a extremely steep hill up to the back block rooms. So if you are hard walking this is not ideal. However the front block has a lift and no steep hills. So, again it is still very accommodating.

The hotel also has a resturant attached and arcade on the outside. And a pharmacy next door. It litrally has everything.

The staff here are so nice and accomodating. They couldn't do more when asked.
The staff on reception alway said good morning, or hello everytime you go past. The happily will order taxis for you too, when asked.
The lifeguard/ security is the nicest guy. He would have a laugh with us. We seen him on a night out working, and he remembered us and made an effort to come say hello to. I have to say he was super welcoming and always happy to speak to us.

I will deffinatly make this the hotel I stay at when in Santa Ponsa and 100% will be back See more

Loved my stay at the Portofino Apartments it's in the best location directly across from the beach the apartments are clean and kept smelling fresh by our lovely cleaning ladies called Mary & Merche so thanks for wonderful stay
