We stayed at the hotel in september 2025. Everything was really good and of very high standard. A very big plus and extra stars to Sari in the reception. She was really helpful and very serviceminded !!
The hotel is located perfect. We had a perfect room with seaview that was very weel equipped. Our very best regards to Sari and the other staff. We really would like to stay there again sometime soon!!

We went on the 25/10/2025 we are a couple aged 61.we loved these apartments The staff are beautiful people from the reception to cleaning staff!location is excellent

We rented in October a sea-view apartment for 6 people. The apartment was large, but it smelled really bad, probably of floor cleaner, and airing it out didn’t help much. We bought a floor cleaner ourselves and washed the floor twice.

The apartment theoretically had a sea view, but in practice it was blocked by trees. It was dark and had a north-facing terrace, so there was almost no sunlight inside all day. There were no decorative elements, the apartment felt shabby and not cozy, and the table and chairs were plastic.

The kitchen hadn’t been renovated, there was an old, buzzing fridge, and lots of ants (even though the apartment was on the 2nd floor). The price was too high for the quality. The staff were very friendly and the location close to the beach were the advantages.

Outside the high season there are plenty of places available to rent, so it’s worth looking around. We will definitely return to Mallorca, but we will avoid Pierre & Vacances.

Had a great stay at the Portofino , rooms clean and had everything you needed.
All staff very welcoming and friendly.
Definitely come again the sea view room had great views.
