Located in Hyères on the Giens peninsula, 2 km from the village, the La Pinède residence plunges you into an oasis of greenery. It extends over a beautiful wooded park ...covering 3 hectares and filled with Mediterranean trees, instilling an atmosphere of calm. At the far end: the beach!
With its Provençal architecture and ochre hues, it blends perfectly into its surroundings. This charming residence offers bright apartments spread over two floors. Large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the garden by means of a terrace at garden level, or a balcony with views of pine woodland.
From April to October, you can swim in our large pool or laze on the loungers around it, in the shade of a parasol. Meanwhile, your children will enjoy the paddling pool or play area. Want to push yourself? We have laid out a beach volleyball court a pétanque pitch.
Sportier types can go horse riding, diving, or play tennis near the residence.
Discover Hyères and its medieval heritage. Following the ramparts of the old town, you will pass by the Tour des Templiers, the Eglise Saint-Louis and climb up to the Château de Hyères, which offers a panoramic view of the Maures massif.
The local produce of this Var town will win you over with its many culinary specialities: capon, anchoïade, artichaud à la barigoule, nougat, pompe à huile... Sample these local delicacies in one of the many restaurants on the Presqu'île.

I stayed at this residence and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was good even if not exceptional with direct access to the beach. The common areas were fairly well maintained, while the apartments felt a bit dated and definitely quite small. A special ...mention goes to the reception staff — the girls were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. The pool was simple but suitable for a residence without big expectations. cost could be too high for what it offers.
In general, it was a comfortable stay, thanks especially to the staff and the convenient beach access.
