Stayed two nights at this property and have to say everything is up to the standard. Team friendly and attentive, room is clean and fresh, breakfast excellent. Location - 20 min walk to the center and if you wish to take a taxi coming back it’s just 7 Euro. Thank you.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful room, excellent shower very powerful. Most importantly extremely comfortable beds! Very quiet, no noise heard at night, slept very, very well! â¤ï¸ Staff extremely helpful, welcoming and caring. A thoroughly beautiful stay, we will definitely ...be back! Rooftop pool an added bonus and beautifully cleaned with awesome views ? Two problems 1) A handle at the side of the shower under the towel rail would be a welcome addition as I struggled to get out, luckily I was with my husband so he helped, I have herniated discs in my back. 2) A strange request made day before checkout to strip the beds a difficult job for me with a bad back and would of preferred not to as a painful task. We will complete this task however never ever have we been asked to do this in any hotels we have stayed in. These slight problems have not in any way ruined our enjoyable stay and in my opinion not terrible issues to knock off stars as our stay was certainly 5 star but points that needed raising due to my disability. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay, the kettle and teabags were a nice touch!

We stayed two nights during our roadtrip in Andalusia. We had a nice stay, the rooms were clean with very comfortable beds. Kind staff. We got some problems with the door and key but the staff could help immediately, this is important. The hotel is not in the center of ...Granada, nor nearby the Alhambra. But you can go to the center with the taxi in 10min and the costs are very low. The reception calls a taxi for you, so its very easy to go everywhere you want. For example we went to mirador de San Nicolás in approx. 10min for about 6 euros. You can also walk, but takes almost 40 min. Further; we had one breakfast and two dinners, inc. some halal options, this was very nice. All food was tasty, both the breakfast buffet and dinner was plentiful. Thank you.
