We had a lovely holiday. The staff went out of their way. The kids club was excellent and my son enjoyed the swimming pools. The accommodation was clean and had all we needed albeit the sofa bed not the comfiest. The paths around the site could do with some attention as ...very broken up. I would have been worried about an older relative falling on the paths as uneven in places. The buffet was very varied with something for all. We ate out a couple of times at the onsite Italian and that was excellent. It is a somewhat isolated site but has all you need on site. The beach is some way away but you can book on a free bus. We enjoyed our day trip to the sea.

Currently here now half way through a week of all inclusive. Like others have said some of the negative reviews are a little unfair, do some research on the area and place your staying instead of just booking then moaning about it afterwards. As for the food quality, ...whether your all inclusive or not everyone gets the same food, they're catering for 100s if visitors per day you can't expect top of the range food when they have that many people coming through the doors. That being said it was all edible, we never had to go out for food. If it's a kids holiday which ours is everything they need is on site, we hired a car incase we wanted to head out one day, we've used the car once as the kids wanted to stay on site. Rooms/villas are a little dated but again, everything we need for us. Paths to and from the villas need attention but there is work being carried out on them today. The staff are all amazing and probably are massively underpaid, the kids club and entertainment staff go above and beyond every night and work their arses off. Lifeguards around the pool are on the ball never taking their eyes off the kids. Seen a few comments about drinks being watered down, again we've had no issues, that being said we aren't here to drink every night just 2 or 3 watching the kids at the mini disco dancing the night away unlike some parents letting their kids run wild while they try and down as much drink as possible (minority, a lot of the families were lovely). Mind the on site super market is VERY expensive but there is a great bus service into the town where it's cheaper. We also read that the pools close at 5 which we were disappointed by, however the pools don't close until 7 which is ideal. Myself and my partner were a little worried after reading some really unfair reviews so felt we needed to post one to put people's minds at rest. The resort is in the middle of nowhere but the nearest towns are 19 minutes (south) and 23 minutes (north) All in all we would 100% recommend coming here on an all inclusive if it's simply to let the kids run free, make memories and new friends. If your wanting a holiday where you can get bladdered every night while your kids run around like lunatics, climbing trees, walls and anything else they see get yourself away to benidorm.
Again, we are half way through a week of all inclusive and would like to say thank you to everyone who works here especially the kids club and entertainment team. Mario, Samuel, Maria, Naomi, Laura, Alex and anyone else we may have missed. Keep up the great work.
