We spent 8 days of all-inclusive vacation here and we would not return.
The hotel itself is so nice that the information could be published that there are hotel cats, who walked around the hotel restaurant without any problems and asked for food from the guests, in the evening we saw them rolling around on the sun loungers by the pool and even urinated on the mattress on the sun loungers and under the stairs, we even found feces at the entrance to the building (allergy sufferers are certainly happy)
The hotel is a maze where the first few days you are just looking for which way to get to where, the buildings are impassable. The pool area is nice, the floor would deserve to be renovated but otherwise the garden was beautiful, the pool was always clean.
The room was average, the beds were crawled over, the pillows were completely demolished. The bathroom was dirty, we thought the room hadn't been used for a while, but after the first cleaning I understood that it wasn't about that and the shower head was still moldy so I cleaned it myself, I don't need to have a bed made every day but I prefer to shower in a clean shower, the water flow in the shower was completely weak and the water changed temperature arbitrarily, the hot water first burned and then immediately cooled to ice cold.
No refrigerator in the room at temperatures of 27-30 I don't understand at all.
We had to bring water from the bar or the restaurant, but since there was no refrigerator at night it was warm and disgusting.
The restaurant was ok but again the drinks and food were a complete disaster. On all inclusive I expect that I can choose a drink myself and not wait for which drink machine will be turned on and how the "natur nectar" will be diluted. There were no coca cola drinks available at breakfast, no coffee for lunch and more often than not even a juice machine and also in moderation for dinner. In the bar, they only poured a soft drink mojito with lime, some syrup and soda and that was it (4* hotel??).
The food was tasty, ok but still the same, just in a different packaging.
Classic breakfast, the same ham every day, 1 type of salami, 1-2 types of cheese, 1 hard cheese slice, 1 macky cheese, hot: eggs, fried bacon, sometimes a little baked beans, some baked vegetables and they varied pancakes or churros, vegetables on the counter I found a rotten tomato and cucumber 3 times plus mold on vegetables and fruits. Fruits yellow and red melon (tasteless and even my friend took 2 sour pieces) canned pineapple amused me as well as sliced ​​lemon with fruit��.
The biggest disappointment was the defrosted croissant and pain au chocolat, they were flattened and soggy, again, the question is really 4*??
Lunch was semi-finished product, fries, baked potatoes, crispy on the outside but like mud on the inside. Sauces were like from a bag, only the meat was chicken, pork and fish or mussels, poured with boiling water.
The palea was sometimes amazing, sometimes completely tasteless, be careful with the seafood, small fragments of mussels crunched under my teeth.
Desserts, it's hard to say anything about the cakes, but they were sweet.
Dinner was basically the same as lunch.
And finally, the famous snack bar only ate dry toast bread with cheese and ham and 1 type of park with a croissant, canned fruit for the children, absolutely amazing food in a 4* hotel and of course the musk everywhere and the smell of burnt pastries on the toaster was also worth it, we also tasted a popsicle from the freezer and after a bite it went into the trash because the consistency was crystallized and the water was too sweet. Stomach problems appeared the next day. Obviously it lived its best time in that freezer.
The hotel is not on the beach, information that they have a bus that will take us to the beach for free, but upon arrival we were informed that we have to order a day in advance and pay 10 euros per person. Luckily, we had a rented car.
We missed dinner the first day, we were 5 minutes late, but the receptionist offered us a picnic pack so we accepted it because we were hungry. The first shock came when he told us that he would bring it to him in an hour, so we went to the room to take our things and when we returned and got the package, we opened it and there was dry toasted bread with ham and cheese, an apple (a little one) and a small piece of cheese in a box. I had a fit of laughter and I knew that it would not turn out well and it did.
The staff who worked there were nice and hardworking, it was probably the only problem-free thing during our stay.
I definitely do not recommend the hotel and the 4* ones should check it out, I personally would give it a maximum of 2

I don't even know where to begin. We arrived at midnight, a group of 50 people. Only one person to attend to us! The last guests waited an hour. The room had no minibar. On the second day, we arrived from a night out at 7 pm and the rooms hadn't been cleaned. The elevator was out of service, the water fountain was unplugged, and well, the food wasn't up to 4-star standards. We've only been here two days, phew!

Having stayed at the hotel for another day, there are several things unacceptable for a 4-star establishment. At the buffet, the fruit is mostly canned! This should really be banned! Cutting costs to this extent is truly shameful. Not to mention the lack of spread at breakfast, something I've never seen in my life!

The pool bar is even more disappointing: no fries or chips for the kids, just leftover fruit from the morning or croque monsieur sandwiches…
The gym is awful… and the water dispensers are even worse: the water is lukewarm and undrinkable :(
As for the rooms, the beds are old and terribly uncomfortable; I can feel the springs digging into my back, and I'm leaving my week of rest with an urgent need to see my osteopath…
It's also the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel where I have to ask for the room to be cleaned!!!! I can't believe it!
In conclusion, if you can't offer a decent all-inclusive package, don't do it, because I certainly won't be speaking highly of this hotel.

An amazing hotel with even better all-you-can-eat buffet (breakfast, lunch, dinner)Coming with lots of seating, soft drinks and alcohol.Rooms were really nice ours coming with two single beds and a sofa bed, a desk, with a telephone, kettle with tea and coffee and a TV,a bathroom with a shower as well.The pool was very big with loads of sun lounger and a bunch of Bali Beds that you could have for the price of €20 (including a bottle of cava).The animation team, especially Wilson, were really good at entertaining people with fun family friendly games, (darts, football, water polo, bingo and after dinner a kids disco and sometimes a music quiz).I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxing holiday.
