Amazing hotel! We had a wonderful stay. The service was 10/10, and the food was absolutely amazing. There were lots of activities and entertainment, including karaoke, which we really enjoyed. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were tidy and comfortable. We felt well looked after throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!????️

Outdated rooms, top hill location, food is bland tasteless, apparently 4 star hotel my opinion is maybe 3.

receptionist roberto and pepa not helpful at all my crocs that were £70 went missing In my hotel room on Monday assuming I would find it on my last day of packing checked everywhere including underneath the bed and balcony they asked me who took it I said I couldn’t answer and asked for cctv they told me they don’t have access I then asked for the owner (who I seen today wears blue tshirt) I got told he was busy then pepa said “I don’t believe you” AVOID HERE USELSS RECEPTIONIST if ppl are also robbing ur things

Had my hair straighteners stollen on the first night and the hotel management wasn’t willing to do anything nor was she any help.
Although I met some great people and friends was quite shocking to see topless swimmer was allowed . Thankfully I didn’t have any kids with me !

There's probably a lot I can write here so I'll add more when I think of things

Overall I liked the hotel but it could make a few small changes and it would really make it much better
