I've been at the hotel for two days and the whole thing about getting a sunbed in the morning is insane. I came here to disconnect and enjoy a vacation I've been waiting for for months, and I have to get up at 7 am otherwise there's no way to get anything to be able to use the pool. The umbrellas are awful, so dirty and broken. The furniture is a disaster, and it's not like the hotel is cheap.

Spacious room, needs a bit more cleaning.
We were given a room where the terrace door didn't close, and there were tiny ants everywhere.
If you want a good spot by the pool, you have to get up around 6 a.m., otherwise you won't get one.
The buffet was quite varied, but the dinner times were a bit tight.
You have to arrive early for the evening shows, otherwise you won't get a seat. The location isn't the best, as it's quite far from everything; Isla de Lobos is an hour away by car.

Staff helpful and friendly

Rooms clean tidy, as shown in hotel photos, beds comfortable. Excellent blackout curtains perfect for kids naps.

Kids club staff are great, activities throughout day and excellent mini disco.

Pool and toilet/shower facilities are good clean and tidy.
Only negative is
Sun loungers, few varieties some are better than others. Some of them fabric has stretched and could be replaced. During our stay there were signs stating no towels or claiming sunbeds until 0800 otherwise towels will be removed. This never happened. Other guests were up early around 0600 putting towels down. Most days we never managed to obtain sunbed. We actually used the grass patch near kids pool.
The hotel has lots of space around the pool and could easily purchase more sunbeds without it becoming over crowded.

Location 20mins walk to beach. Not many good quality shops or restaurants around hotel. Few gift shops and mini markets. Spar supermarket 25mins away (pushing buggy).

We have a lovely stay for the price we paid and would return.

Great place only big down is there are not enough sun beds or umbrellas fir everyone. I'd say at least half the sunbeds here are broken and probably more then half of the umbrellas.
Such a shame I would have given it 5 star but just too hot to be in the sun ? all the time
