Residence Benidorm Levante

After reading previous reviews, we were a little worried about our stay here. However, we have just returned from 4 nights in this hotel. 2 x room of 4. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. We did have to ask for an extra pillow, however it arrived immediately. You have to leave the room tidy, strip beds, take the rubbish out etc however this was absolutely fine, they also supplied a little cleaning set with washing up liquid etc in. Staff were not rude, 1 gentleman was a bit snappy at times, but nothing too bad. Location was brilliant, not too far to walk to the strip, old town or the beach. For what we paid it was very goood quality and I'd 100% return again. We paid the room deposit on a card and it was returned immediately. No complaints from us ?
