Apartments are on top of a steep hill.

There is a bus from hotel to beach on the plus side.

Three lifts for 34 floors can sum times be really slow and very busy.

Will have various pots and pans but may need to ask for more to accommodate making a full meal.

Not alot of noise from other apartments only if their having a party??.

Overall great facilities and spacious apartment.

Nonetheless, we're thrilled you appreciated the generous space in your accommodation. Being moments from Benidorm's vibrant center remains a key advantage many guests enjoy during their stay.

Unfortunately during our stay the hotel refused to supply waste paper towels (loo roll)! Stayed for 4 nights and sanitary product supplied was insufficient, asked reception for more and they refused informing us to buy from the local supermarket instead.

Absolutely appalling service, shall not be staying here in future which is unfortunate because other aspects of the stay was fine without fault. Rooms are sufficient.

Hotel itself is a 15 minute walk from the strip and beach. Taxi ride would be 5 minutes maximum.

I enjoyed how spacious the rooms are, they all have comfortable beds, shower/bathroom was great, kitchen area with basic utensils, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and cooker. Pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds. However the apartment was a bit dirty, with dust and dried food stuck onto kitchen surfaces and items, the sofa bed was filthy, tiles in the bathroom were lifting, safe didn’t work in the bedroom. The staff also wouldn’t change our towels or replenish the toilet paper, the staff were extremely rude about this and told me to go purchase these items from the local shop or gas station they had near them. I think this was extremely poor of the hotel and I can’t believe they ask for a €200 deposit with that type of service.

However, we sincerely apologize that some aspects fell short of your expectations. Cleanliness is a priority we take seriously, and we've reminded our housekeeping team to be more thorough in their inspections. Regarding linen services, our reception team is always available to assist with such requests during stays of seven nights or longer, and we regret any impression of discourteous service.

We're nevertheless pleased you enjoyed our pool area and its sunbeds, perfect for relaxing under the Benidorm sun. Our location near Levante Beach and local dining options remains a highlight many guests appreciate for easy exploration of the area.

You don’t go to Benidorm for the Ritz and we knew how far the hotel was from everywhere so this wasn’t a huge issue - just wasnt great but it was also cheap and to be expected

Just don’t expect any good service and the fact they want every penny off you if you don’t clean your room - not just keep it clean I mean mop it and sweep and make sure Theyre no rubbish so you need to take your bins down or you won’t get your deposit back
The rooms were clean because the people staying prior are forced to clean them ?

Manager is rude beyond explanation and lied to us multiple times about when we could check in despite them offering a early check in service - love to know why it would take so long to check in when the room has already been cleaned 6 hours before you can check in

I’m not ever going to expect the best hotel in Benidorm
Just don’t stay here theres so many places for similar price much better

Absolutely the worst ever,I was in a group of 10 lads,our room was six lads, the bright staff then issued 2 keys between 6,to be told if the staff has to let you in it’s €25.
Shower flooded the room every time it was used and the settee bed had no sheets,to top it off the bloke on reception was horrible,never in my life do I want to see this hell hole again.
