You don’t go to Benidorm for the Ritz and we knew how far the hotel was from everywhere so this wasn’t a huge issue - just wasnt great but it was also cheap and to be expected

Just don’t expect any good service and the fact they want every penny off you if you don’t clean your room - not just keep it clean I mean mop it and sweep and make sure Theyre no rubbish so you need to take your bins down or you won’t get your deposit back
The rooms were clean because the people staying prior are forced to clean them ?

Manager is rude beyond explanation and lied to us multiple times about when we could check in despite them offering a early check in service - love to know why it would take so long to check in when the room has already been cleaned 6 hours before you can check in

I’m not ever going to expect the best hotel in Benidorm
Just don’t stay here theres so many places for similar price much better

Absolutely the worst ever,I was in a group of 10 lads,our room was six lads, the bright staff then issued 2 keys between 6,to be told if the staff has to let you in it’s €25.
Shower flooded the room every time it was used and the settee bed had no sheets,to top it off the bloke on reception was horrible,never in my life do I want to see this hell hole again.

Worst hotel experience I’ve had in Benidorm Levante. Our room stank of damp, all our clothes smelled, and we even had a cockroach inside the room (the security guard stood on it and told us it was unusual on the 5th floor — not very reassuring).

The sofa bed was filthy with stains, tiles on the floor were chipped and rocking like there had been a flood, and the bathroom ceiling was peeling from damp and painted over. Disgusting and unsafe.

Staff were just as bad. Night staff first claimed the safe was “broken,” then admitted the next evening it wasn’t but said they had “70 guests to check in.” In reality, we were the last guests that night — pure dishonesty.

No cleaning, no towel changes, no toilet rolls — we had to buy our own. On top of it all, they demand a €200 deposit. Honestly, they should be paying guests to stay here.

Dirty, dishonest, and unsafe. Avoid at all costs.

Me and a few mates stayed here recently and we was very impressed with the room and the cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and welcoming we will definitely be back next year

Arrived and there was only 1 person on reception checking in over 20 people and a 20 minute wait to just get checked in. The room and balcony are perfectly acceptable for a 2* hotel however I did find multiple little roaches on the floor and in the shower tray during the night. The shower was also blocked so you could not shower for more than a few minutes.
NOTE: On leaving the hotel robbed us of our deposit. They had taken €100 because we had left some empty bottles of water on the worktop (we had no choice as the bin was full). When complaining they said we should have asked for more bags, they know what they are doing as they don't provide bin bags in the apartment. Disgusting attitude by the hotel robbing people for no reason, I could understand if it was a tip or things were damaged. I wish I got paid €100 for putting some empty water bottles in a bin bag. Clean up your attitude Pierre & Vacancies!
