20 floor apartments, situated about a mile from the front, mid Benidorm.
It has three lifts servicing it and one larger apartment each floor.
We was in the larger apartment on floor 11, it had two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The air conditioning didn't work at ...first, but the nice man on reception sorted it out for us.
It was quite a budget stay, and the apartments were definitely good value for money.

As a family of 5 with two teenage children and my mother we can not fault the accommodation, the apartments offer all you need and are very spacious and the air-conditioning is amazing. We were on the 11th floor and the view was amazing, location for us was perfect near to ...shops etc but away from the noise. David from the reception was always on hand and yes its a vibe block but in fairness the youngsters we met were so friendly and David ensured all was well by the pool. I often walked to the shops in the morning to get bread and milk and felt so safe. Yes you pay the 200 euro deposit but we did cash so was given back straight away.
Only slight negative was there was only a hob and microwave to cook on no oven but it meant we always ate dinner out( always a silver lining) .
Would 100% stay again and recommend this accommodation to family, couple or single person looking for accommodation in Benidorm.
